This quiet street of families is ~3 miles to downtown on bus route 9 + an easy trip to I84. Sleeps 6 in king, twin, & bunk bed (full +twin). Kitchen & bathroom have basic tools, appliances, condiments, & toiletries. Small tables (2 top+4 top). Kid-friendly but no kid-proofing or crib. Good-dog friendly. No CATS. Owner-managed.

Located in a quiet small street, it’s kids and pet friendly. As a duplex, there is a unit downstairs that may created some noise when occupied, you will have private access to the top half of the house with a big master, small living room with a hidden queen bed for extra guests, full laundry and a dry kitchenette.

Kris’s place was exactly what we were looking for: quiet, clean, close to downtown, and pet-friendly. The quaint little cottage felt like staying at a family member’s home for the holidays. We loved the private entrance from the alleyway and really appreciated a personalized code to get in - very nice attention to detail! The cottage has wood floors, an updated kitchen and bathroom, and very comfortable bed and linens. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, and an Albertsons and CVS just up the street. Kris was always very friendly and responded quickly. Overall, we loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it - we definitely will be back. Thanks, Kris!!!

Fantastic spot! One block from Hulls Gulch trail access, Camelback Park, and close to the Boise Co-Op, Hyde Park shops, and great coffee. The unit was super clean and cozy, with an incredibly comfortable bed and high-quality linens—plus a great shower. Quiet, private, and close to everything downtown. Andrea was super friendly and responsive. I’ll definitely be back!

Luna and Devin are excellent hosts. The cottage was very clean, cute,cozy. They went the extra mile with snacks, a basket of towels/ bowls/ treats etc for my dog. It had everything we needed. The bed was very very comfortable and excellent water pressure in the great shower. The backyard was really nice with a cute table and beautiful flowers. It was way more than we expected. Best airbb we have ever ever stayed it. I will recommend to all my friends. Luna and Devin were excellent to communicate with/ answered all my questions. It was a wonderful experience. They made our vacation a great memory.

This was such a cute and comfortable airbnb. Nicely located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the city with lots to do. The bed was super comfortable, and it had a nice gated yard for our pup. We didn’t make use of it, but there’s a really good coffee/espresso setup as well. Couldn’t have been better!

Dale and JessAnn were great hosts. We will definitely return come summer! The camper was heated and had lighting to bring to the commode. The beds and bedding was so comfortable. There was layers of handmade quilts and fluffy super soft blankets and a plethora of pillows. Dale helped us get settled, showing us the property which is perfect for family gatherings or even secluded getaways. The heater worked great! Shower got hot right away! The dry kitchen was stocked with a coffee pot and countertop convection oven. It even came with a large growler of fresh Idaho spring water. It tasted like our glacial water back home in Alaska. There are backyard animals on site -which we loved- Dale demonstrated goat milking with us in the morning. He provided coupons for local restaurants we chose the Barn House and it was a perfect Sunday morning breakfast (Trust Dale when he says get the 1/2 orders) We look forward to returning in the summer for the festivities though we’d come again in winter

Our family of 4 had a great stay here! The space is beautifully decorated, had all the cooking items we could want and the cozy fireplace was awesome for the rainy weather. We used the cruiser bikes for adults and rented bikes for the kids because the location to the greenbelt made biking and running and walking so easy! Julie also went over and beyond scoping out bike rental places for us too. Wish all Airbnb stays were like this! Thank you, Julie!
