Guesthouse vacation rentals in Boise County

We had a great stay in Rain's guest house. The kitchen was well stocked and the paper plates and plastic flatware were perfect for our daily picnic lunches. We so enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings with coffee admiring The Sawtooths. We will be back.

My daughter and I came to Boise for a few days and this Airbnb was perfect in every way! I didn’t want to leave! Samantha was great with communications. She went above and beyond with all the little extras in this place. By far my favorite Airbnb and would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and cute cabin space with a very warm welcome. A great location to adventure off for hot springs or to relax inside. Fully stocked with firewood, boardgames, hiking trail maps, and generous breakfast/ snack offerings.

We really enjoyed staying at this place, and Kelsey was very accommodating when we had to extend our trip early and late an extra day more based on unanticipated events. The location was fantastic…very close to downtown and right next to a great park and access to the greenway. This was incredible given we brought our two toddlers and their tiny bikes with us and could easily get them outside to the playground or the path without going through heavy traffic. Grocery store right at the corner! This place was clean, no frills and had all the basics. Not “posh” if that’s what you’re looking for, but a solid place in an older established neighborhood. I felt confident having my kids here. Only wish there was a stepstool or little booster pad for my littlest but we worked around it and used our cooler for him to stand on. Thank you so much!

The bungalow was perfect for our visit to Boise! It was super close to downtown and in a very nice neighborhood. Also, the stove heater was wonderful, it heated up the whole home within minutes and the house stayed warm throughout the night even after turning off the stove. I would definitely recommend this home for someone looking to visit Boise!

I absolutely loved my stay at Stephen and Lynette's place. It was a last minute booking and they had it ready for me when I arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked with extras (eggs, sodas, beer, ketchup, mustard, various spices, etc.) which is so nice if you want to cook instead of go out to eat. The bed was super comfortable and the living room and the kitchen table were comfortable and functional. For a small place, it's laid out perfectly and is 100% homey. The neighborhood is quiet with tree lined streets. Great for walking. Stephen and Lynette are super nice people and I wouldn't hesitate to rent their bungalow the next time I'm in Boise.

John was a great host and has a little piece of heaven in his back yard where the cottage is found. Truly a fun little sanctuary and his recommendations for local food and breweries were spot on. We had read the reviews about the "full sized figure" seated on the bench outside so I was prepared for it...a fun little back yard for sure! Definitely recommend this place!

One of my favorite air bnbs ever. A really nice place, very spacious and comfortable. The bunk beds were perfect, and it was clear how much the hosts prioritize this air bnb! Perfect for traveling with a child. Great neighborhood, very very safe and a super quick drive to restaurants and coffee and everything else! Loved it there!

Great value, great location, and great hosts. Sabrina and Scott were very accommodating. The room exceeded expectations, it’s a small spot, but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We look forward to visiting this spot again in the future.

This was by far the most relaxing retreat my fiancé and I have been on in a very long time. The accommodation was clean, cosy, well equipped and incredibly comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the kitchen set up as I do like to cook. They had everything I could have possibly needed, and even offered for us to use their grill, which was very kind. The hot tub and sauna were a massive plus, and Phil was so wonderful with preparing the sauna for us each day. We also very much enjoyed walking in the picturesque surroundings. Phil, Toni and their adorable dog Flo were such wonderful hosts. Always responsive and incredibly helpful, yet very respectful of our privacy. I couldn’t recommend their home enough. We very much hope to be back some time! Thank you!

The guest suite was lovely and exactly like the listing. Nadine thought of all amenities anyone staying there might need and was very responsive when we had some trouble with the door (that was figured out in 5 minutes). The unit was quiet and extremely clean with a comfy bed. The house is right next to Hyde Park which is the neighborhood “Main Street” and has cute restaurants and coffee shops. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit family in the area!

I can’t say enough good things about the lofts @ 35th and Clay! Check in was so easy and the place is very easy to spot. You get your own designated parking spot. Just walking into the place you want to stop and go “woahhhh” because it is so gorgeous. Everything is spotlessly clean and decorated perfectly. It is so cozy and warm feeling. The balcony has a grill and hot tub. There are many restaurants, coffee, walking paths, and other places to visit within walking distance. Besides those places, everything we did was within a 10-20 minute drive including shopping at The Village, Scheels, and seeing a broadway show at Morrison Center. Check out was not a long list of things to do and was very simple. Holly is a great host, we will for sure be back sometime!

Kris’s place was exactly what we were looking for: quiet, clean, close to downtown, and pet-friendly. The quaint little cottage felt like staying at a family member’s home for the holidays. We loved the private entrance from the alleyway and really appreciated a personalized code to get in - very nice attention to detail! The cottage has wood floors, an updated kitchen and bathroom, and very comfortable bed and linens. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, and an Albertsons and CVS just up the street. Kris was always very friendly and responded quickly. Overall, we loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it - we definitely will be back. Thanks, Kris!!!

I throughly enjoyed my stay in the East End. Dorothy Ann succeeds in making guests feel welcome. Her place is charming, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. I recommend it and would stay again.

This place was absolutely perfect! It was even better than the pictures. The perfect combination of warmth and light and cozy without being cramped. Every little detail is so well thought out. It was also spotless. You can tell Cara and JD really put their heart and soul into curating this space. It goes above and beyond the normal Airbnb experience. You can truly feel how much they care. As a single woman who was traveling for work, I’ve never felt safer. The cottage is so peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet, and Cara and JD were the perfect balance of being available without ever being intrusive. It’s a quick drive or bike to the hospital so it’s perfect for anyone on a travel assignment. I was so lucky to be able to call the cottage home for six months and I hope I get a chance to come back. Whether you’re traveling for work or just passing through, don’t miss out on this wonderful spot. Oh, and if Cara offers you any baked goods…TAKE THEM! You won’t regret it 😉

The place is exactly as listed. Small but very comfortable and private. The kitchen was a nice surprise as it was well stocked. The place was modern and nicely decorated. Parking in the front of the house was very easy and made loading/unloading the car easy. The backyard and firepit would be really nice in the summer - but was also useful for letting my dog out. The one thing to note is that the furniture is a bit cheap - the couch is a bit uncomfortable and the pillows on the bed are flat and smaller than typical pillows. But that’s kind of what you expect with a rental. Overall had a great stay
