The Fontainebleau Forest, the Seine in 7 min. Shops, the market in 4 min. For climbers, Rocher Canon is 2.6 km away on foot. The leisure center (beach, golf, horse riding, tennis) is 2 km away. It consists of a living room, a bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with separate toilet and a pleasant terrace, all in a very quiet environment, without any opposite neighbors or adjoining property. The house does not directly overlook the river, which is 50 meters below.
