The place is peaceful at night, nature vibes , clean , host is friendly. If you plan to book this Airbnb I highly recommend to rent scooter so you can drive around. Near to Biking Public Beach free entrance and underrated. The owner have cats free hug for them. Budget friendly Accommodation .

The place was nice and beautiful. It was a great experience for us to stay in your place although we can hear the noise from the outside. The unit is big, spacious, clean, neat, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. And last it is ideal for remote worker because of the high speed internet. Thank you for the great unit 💛

Excellent endroit pour refaire le plein d’énergie. Pas trop loin de certaines attractions touristiques. Très bon lechon manok à côté du logement et café. J’ai apprécié la piscine et la salle de sport. J’ai bien aimé la machine à laver le linge et tout était là pour cuisiner donc cela m’a faciliter la vie mon séjour. Je recommande cet endroit pour les longs voyages ou voyages de courte durée.

Perfect smaller apartment for shorter stays. Hanna Mae is great. Location is great too, walking distance from malls and stores, but for the airport its best to call Grab, its fast cheap and trustful

We had an amazing stay at this clean and cozy apartment! The place feels like it was newly renovated, with modern furnishings and a beautifully designed interior that’s very |nstagram worthy. The glass partition between the living room and bedroom adds a nice touch, making the space even more comfortable and functional. The location is perfect, just a short distance from shops like 7eleven, banks, a lot of restaurants, and the beach, making everything super convenient. What truly made the experience even better was the hospitality of Sir Junjie. He was very accommodating and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Overall, this is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. If you're looking for a stylish, clean, and comfortable place for your vacation, this is definitely the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

The place is very homey and relaxing—perfect for a family stay. It was very tidy when we arrived, and the host was responsive. We would definitely love to book this again for a longer stay. The place feels so calming and has a great vibe and smells so good!. My neices really enjoyed sleeping at the bed.:)

Everything is great. The place is superb and good for WFH. Just the comfort room cause it is detached from the house. But all in all it was a great stay.

The place was immaculate and exactly like the photos. I put in the wrong neighborhood on Grab but found out you can put the address directly to the house which made it much easier to get around. Quiet neighborhood. Located pretty close to everything you may want to do Lapu Lapu. Dana was especially nice, friendly, and courteous during our stay when we had questions. Would recommend.

Eine schöne geräumige Unterkunft, die ihrem Preis gerecht wurde. Eher ruhige Lage der Unterkunft. Die Straße an der die Bali Residence anlehnt, bietet street- good und einige kleine dörfliche Geschäfte. Bis zu den ersten größeren Läden, sowie auch mäßig bis guten stränden und städtisch ähnlichen Gebieten sind es mit dem Grab oder Tricycle weniger Minuten Fahrtzeit. Appartment in einem hygienisch guten Zustand. Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin immer freundlich und zügig.

It was a great place to stay specially for larger families. The pool is also located just accross the house,it's one of the amenities we enjoyed. Thank you for being an awesome host as well. Will recommend your place with my colleagues.

Grace was an incredible host on top of everything. The place is storybook retreat. Quiet rural setting off the main road. The gardens were wonderful. It’s amazing how comfortable it is with just fans. Never felt uncomfortable. The main drawback would be if you need internet with VPN there really isn’t enough bandwidth to stream with VPN and marginal without VPN. I would come back here for sure if in the area.

Nous avions choisi cette location pour la fin de notre voyage, car côté rapport qualité/prix, nous pensions qu'aucune autre location par la suite n'aurait été à la hauteur. Et nous pensions juste ! la maison comme le jardin sont très beaux, propres et paisibles. La cuisine est bien équipée, avec des produits de première nécessité et l'eau potable fournie. Des mangues nous attendaient à notre arrivée, ainsi que de l'eau fraîche dans le frigo. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec un linge de lit de qualité, et suffisamment de rangement. A noter que la climatisation est silencieuse et ne gênera pas votre sommeil ! Concernant la salle de bain, l'eau a toujours eu un bon débit et est chauffée. Mercy est adorable et vraiment prévenante, jusqu'à devancer nos besoins. La communication avec elle est rapide, agréable et fluide. Chaque soir, petit moment magique : nous regardions les lucioles voleter dans le jardin, au calme et à l'écart de l'agitation. Pour résumer, tout était parfait.

Janna is a wonderful proactive host who was a delight to deal with. Apartment is lovely and as described. Just be aware that you need Grabs or car to go virtually anywhere. Closest Malls just too far walk easily. Taxis do often wait outside the Security Gatehouse and guards are helpful when Grabs seem elusive on the App. Great stay - lovely place

Its my 2nd stay as i was highly satisfied with my previous stay. Very responsive host. The unit was beautiful with an excellent hot shower , AC works great , Watching Netflix just right in front of the comfy bed was amazingly entertaining.

We absolutely loved our stay here, especially the working stations. You can choose the perfect spot to set up your laptop, making it ideal for anyone working remotely. As a virtual assistant, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful and productive environment. Sunsets and the skyline is just stunning! Although we didn't fully enjoy staying on the balcony because of the weather, everything else made up for it. Sadly, we couldn't enjoy the pool since it was under maintenance, but hopefully, we’ll get a chance to next time. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and we’re grateful to the host for making our time here so peaceful and enjoyable. We’d definitely love to come back to this beautiful place!

I got to enjoy this wonderful place for about 10 days. I can’t brag enough about it. Plenty of security so you always feel safe. Everything I needed could be find inside the small Airbnb. A lot of attention to detail went into making this place perfect. Found a small clothes steamer provided that allowed me to make my clothes wrinkle free. The Kitchenette had everything at your fingertips. A booklet was laminated that answered any questions you had. Spotlessly clean and everything worked! The host always responded very quickly. I will definitely stay again when I stay in CEBU again.
