Vacation rentals with beach access in Bohol

Great place to stay while the two of us explored Bohol for 4 nights. Halbert was very responsive and flexible, allowing us to stay an extra night when I accidentally booked the wrong dates. New building and clean facilities. The walls between apartments are pretty thin so you know when you have neighbours in! However we were only using this place to sleep at night after day-trips and exploring. Netflix and Wi-Fi worked perfectly when we came home and wanted to chill out after long days of adventuring. I would recommend you organise your own transport for staying here- we were out of options but the guards kindly got one of their friends to rent us a motorbike from the gate, and we were able to go around the island as we pleased. Great stay here, I will be staying here again when I next visit the Philippines! Many thanks.

Das Apartment war gebsu so wie Dominik es beschrieben hat. Der deutsche Standard war auf jeden Fall gegeben, ich habe nichts missen müssen . Die Aussicht vom Balkonen aus sucht seinen Gleichen, insbesondere der Sonnenuntergang. Auf Nachrichten und Nachfragen (z. B. neue Gallone für den Wasserspender) wurde innerhalb von Minuten bis hin zu wenigen Stunden repariert. Spätestens am nächsten Tag hat sich der Co-Host um die Nachfragen gekümmert. Zu guter Letzten sind die Angebote vom Resort zu empfehlen, besonders für Kinder (Pools & Strand). Die vollumfängliche Nutzung der Resortanlage ist nicht im Buchungdpreis enthalten, ABER Dominik bieten einen Rabatt für die Nutzung der Resortanlage an, ggf. erhält man auch einen sehr sehr hohen Rabatt. Die Lage vom Resprt ist auch für eine Selbstverpflegung optimal. Der Supermarkt ist in wenigen Fahrminuten (Grab, Auto oder Roller) zu erreichen. Wir könnten den Host Dominik und auch den Co-Host Bernd nur empfehlen!

John was very responsive from pre-booking until we arrived at the place. He gave recommendations as to where we can buy some groceries, transportation and what places to visit in the area. The house was clean. There are cooking utensils, condiments, water heater and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely, the place is perfect for a quick timeout from city life. It is a bit far and requires a lot of transfers (if you prefer to save) yet it is worth it. Time in the island is so slow and you can visit a lot of places, take time swimming, snorkeling and visit the Punta Buluarte lighthouse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

ロケーションが良い。周辺にはリゾート向けのレストランや施設だけでなく、ローカルが集まるお店もあり楽しめる。バスセンターがありセブ本島へも便利。部屋は清潔でプールは快適。有料だが宿泊者ならプライベートビーチが利用できる点も良い。入室時タオル類が無かったのとセーフティボックスが動作しなかったが、連絡したらすぐに対応してくれました。

Everything was great! Only thing that was disappointing was that I was not able to use the gym which I was looking forward to as many of the small hotels I visited traveling around Southern Cebu did not have a gym. There was a photo of the gym in the listing although it was not listed as an amenity I assumed (my fault) that it was available. It is only available to long term guests and residents. Regardless, it was a nice stay and really appreciated the washer that had a dryer function!

We had an amazing stay at Duis Rental's property! The place was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

Grace’s native house is really beautiful, with a wonderful privat garden, where you can retrieve and winde down after a day of explorations! I recommend to get a scooter to get around to the nearest beaches and to explore the town and surroundings. Grace was very polite, friendly and helpful. She checked in everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine was perfect for us! We stayed in the house with 7 people and had more than enough space for all of us. We had a wonderful time and miss this beautiful house already! Thank you, Grace for making us feel at home🙏

It’s our third time staying at Jane’s home. We must say that it keeps getting better each time. She listens to her guests’ and takes suggestions to heart. It truly reflects on how well-maintained her home is. It is very straight forward, no unnecessary item or furniture that eats up space. Everything you find inside has a purpose. Jane’s welcome note and welcome treat are consistent, which we find very thoughtful.

Great time staying here with my family! We were able to book ls fishing trip right off of the beach. The staff at the hotel is great!

This was my second trip to cebu , and Queno place is perfect if you want to be near everything. You can walk right across the street and you have everything from coffee cafes , Japanese food, chicken & beer , night club , dunkin donuts , breakfast lounge with a full bar and food menu, and at night it's a hookah lounge upstairs.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte in diesem Airbnb und haben einen tollen Aufenthalt genießen dürfen. Das Airbnb ist perfekt für die Erkundung der Zwillingsinseln und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt genug Möglichkeiten vor Ort - vor allem im Resort - zu essen. Allerdings kann man auch einfach was kleines in der vorhandenen Küche kochen. Dadurch, dass sich die Unterkunft auf dem Gelände des Resorts Tambuli befindet, ist hier auch die Sicherheit überdurchschnittlich gut und man fühlt sich sicher. Wir würden aufjedenfall jederzeit wieder kommen!! :)

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

Good clean apartment the communal pool is typical of Philippines with missing or loose tiles only thing I felt was missing from apartment was 2 chairs for the balcony
