Even nicer in person than the listing! Super clean, host is very responsive, really close to all local businesses you could possibly need. Neighborhood is quiet and private and feels very safe. Our pups loved the fenced patio area! We’d absolutely stay here again!

Lovely place in a great location, walkable to the ocean and main street restaurants. We felt very welcomed, she even left some toys for our dog which was very sweet. Proactive communication as well. Overall I would recommend Ashley's place and would stay there again.

The place is located in a peaceful area and close to a LIRR at 5 minutes, stores are very accessible as well best of all laundry mat. The only thing was morning hours if you're a light sleeper like me you'll hear the upstairs family a lot. But i didn't mind the place is very clean, and cozy. My boyfriend and I love it! and host was very responsive and friendly!

What a fantastic residential neighborhood. Easy commute to many outdoor/ leisure activities. We stayed here for a show at Jones Beach Theater. The space was perfect- very spacious and had many great amenities. Julio left us some snacks (fantastic Tate's Cookies!). Julio was very responsive with any questions that I had.

Hidden Gem!! It’s like a little peaceful oasis!! The property was super clean inside & out. Looked exactly like the pictures. Hosts are super nice & respond quickly to messages. Would definitely recommend & would definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay during a business trip to Suffolk County, Long Island. It was comfortable and quiet. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

This apartment is adorable! The only drawback was that the bed is a little bit small for two people. It’s a full so that was a little tight. If I was coming back and staying by myself, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here! Maria was very helpful throughout my entire visit and leading up to it. Highly recommend.!

Had a wonderful week long stay. Apartment is very comfortable and quiet and has a fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and couch. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a very short drive. Basar is so kind and helpful—just a lovely host. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Basar!

This is a lovely, bright and spotless apartment with a private entrance. It is immediately apparent the owner has made an effort to not only take care of the basic needs of the client but has also provided thoughtful amenities for their comfort as well. You will feel very comfortable. Communication was timely and all information was provided for entry. I highly recommend it.

Patrick's place was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it was spacious. It was nice and quiet - just the occasional car going by outside. The backyard looked pretty but as it was cold and rainy when we were there, we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy it. We'll be back!

Comfortable for a few days stay. Bunk beds are a bit tight for adults but workable. Having the kitchen and dining table was great to have some meals in. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the grocery store and a nice bagel shop!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The house was bright, clean, and full of positive energy. One of the highlights was the beautiful deck right on the canal – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Inside, everything was thoughtfully arranged, with clear notes and instructions that made our stay smooth and easy. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it was a perfect home base, and we’d happily return. Highly recommended!

Great location with great outdoor seating for all types of activities. Beach access was convenient and the towels, chairs and beach umbrella were nice to have. This studio didn’t have great privacy incase that is a concern but it was fine with us. Hope to stay again.

Great spot in a quiet area in Cherry Grove. Has everything you need for a great visit. Easy to get in. Clear instructions. Great value. Gina was very helpful and very responsive.

Upon arriving we were taken with the location, beautiful and ample plantings and attention to detail like a bottle of wine and a variety of snacks to welcome us. The hosts were gracious, warm, gave us privacy, and great tips on where to eat. Cowfish in Hampton Bays is not to be missed. A large and private hot tub, comfortable lounges, and outdoor shower are just some of the amenities. A fire pit with water views was a great spot to unwind at night. The hosts gave us kindling and a lighter, and were very responsive with other asks and recommendations. It’s a great location with ease of access for both the North and South Fork. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Had a great stay. Jamie was helpful and responded quickly, and accommodated us kindly. The house is very close to the ferry, which made the trek with luggage very easy. The house is one lot from the ocean, and hot tub on the roof has a great view. The mattress was also really great, sleeping well isn’t usually in the Pines experience but it was a highlight this trip

Reynold's place is exactly what we were looking for given the itinerary my group had planned. It definitely had a taste of the residential community feel, and the property/amenities all complimented our stay and requirements. Felt very safe, peaceful and just at home -- yet a few minutes away from local deli shops and groceries. Plus Reynold keeps the place very well kept and stocked. Highly recommended for people with multiple days staying in the area. 👌

I had the best time I’ve ever had at Fire Island Pines, thanks to Alan and Ethan and their beautiful home. We loved the Poolhouse - it was incredibly comfortable, well-looked after, had beautiful amenities, and had the flexibility of being both a place to gather and a place of rest and privacy. Great kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bedroom. Alan and Ethan were welcoming, generous and charming hosts, who made us feel very special and part of the family. I can’t wait to go back!

From start to finish this was a brilliant experience. Flat is amazing so well equipped. All the appliances seemed brand new and of very high quality. there is a corner store deli at end of the block. A park a couple of blocks away. . Whilst it is not super close to any single metro it is walking distance to quite a few different lines which makes sightseeing and exploring super easy. We had a couple of really warm days so it was fantastic to have the lovely private deck for breakfast or a drink in the evening . This was one of the best Airbnbs ive been in. Cubyson and team were so kind and accomodating . if you are thinking about this one just do it....clean ...safe ..well equiped and great location. the games room with a big fridge and kitchenette was a perfect hang out space . We were a family group of 6 adults....2 couples and 2 singles so this was perfect.
