Villa vacation rentals in Boeotia

I've been to my shares of Airbnb through my travels, and this is by far, the best experience I've had. Dimitris and Frosso are exceptional hosts. Made sure we had supplies upon arrival, and are exceptional at communicating. Dimitris gave fantastic local recommendations, provided insightful tips, and even helped arranged my 50th birthday dinner on a holiday when most restaurants were closed. We ended up hanging out with them every morning and had incredibly interesting chats. Wished we got to stay longer and hope to be back again in the future!

One of the best hospitality there is. Mr. Aristides was so helpful, that the word thank you is a little! The home is awesome, just as it looks in the photos!

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

The place was amazing ! We had a blast. Communication was excellent and the hosts were fantastic. We spent the weekend in the house and we had all the necessities to enjoy our time there

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The villa was absolutely beautiful, with a great view. The only downside is that it is up a massive hill which makes walking anywhere pretty difficult. The pool was incredible and we enjoyed our time there as a big group.

A beautiful holiday house on a lovely island! Great place to stay with friends (we were 8 adults) with a big pool, nice outdoor areas, clean and spacious bedrooms. It’s a calm and private place to stay. We would recommend renting a car for your stay because most places are not walking distance in the heat and some taxis did not want to drive up to kipseli (generally not very many taxis around). There are many nice beaches and restaurants on the island to visit. Thank you for your recommendations Isabelle! Also, there is one bedroom in the annex that does not have AC which was disappointing. We found a solution for us but it’s not what we expected.

The hosts where very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the house as a group of ten people. There was enough space for everyone and it’s also possible to keep a little distance as well if needed. The view from the house on the sea and the surrounding area are stunning. The pool is a great all day alternative to the sea. Even though just a quick walk down the hill there are small beaches which are mostly only used by locals and where relatively quiet. The house offered everything we needed to have a pleasant stay and it offers also big outdoor kitchen for a bbq. There is also a big terras especially nice for a sunset gathering. We where quite isolated there and where almost the only guests in the area. We very much enjoyed this peace and quiet but bear in mind that for the next bigger city or any others bigger attraction you might have to drive for quite a while. The small town has a supermarket and a choice of good restaurants though, so you should be covered.

The place is simply beautiful. breathtaking. The house has everything needed and then sum (like JBL that we could use while in the pool). Nice games for children and adults. Cozy throws in the living room. And the AC worked superbly, which was a concern during these extremely hot days. If we come to the area again, I will definitely try to book this house again. The house keepers (elli and andreas) were also great. thanks for a wonderful vacation

An impressive and comfortable home in an enchanting port side village. The spacious house is beautiful both inside and out. Stella, the host, was extremely nice, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would happily stay in this wonderful house again.

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant place very highly recommended and as described. We had a great time at the villa. The photos do not do it justice. Minor points would be slow WiFi, don’t plan on watching movies! Kitchen was good, however, Washing powder, rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets would be a nice touch, especially for a short stay.

First I want to say that the host Stefanos is a true gentleman he truly cared about making our stay wonderful The property sits just above beach with great 360 degree views. The property itself is immaculate there are different areas to just lay out and enjoy the sun and breeze The pool is so clean and clear and refreshing I totally enjoyed swimming at night as well Out of all my stays at a Airbnb this one takes #1 I definitely recommend staying here it's close to glyfada close to sunion And the beaches around the area are very beautiful . Tranquility around a seaside villa with a garden and pool. What a gem. This was our third visit. Already planning next year’s dates.

Anna was very helpful arranging rides for us and flexible in allowing us to add a day after we experienced flight disruptions. The location was perfect- easily accessible with short walks to key tourist sights, nice restaurants and shopping. The spacious lodging accommodated a family of 5 easily. The washer & dryer allowed us to pack lighter with fewer clothes. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

Villa more beautiful than on the picture! The pool is amazing!!! The garden and the house are very well maintained. The localisation is perfect : quiet and close to everything (less than 5 minutes by car from restaurants, beach, supermarket...).

Lovely residence. The top floor had separate entrance and was very private. Rooms very spacious and outdoor areas were wonderful. Konstantinos was a terrific host and very generous with his time. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens provided. Aegina is a lovely island. We only stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have been there longer!

The property was large and very comfortable with plenty of different spaces to relax and have privacy. Pool was huge and so welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. Would recommend for families and large groups. Close to many beaches and dining using a car.

I really didn’t want to give this property 5 stars… 6 would be be fitting. The view was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is located in a chill environment surrounded by olive trees, there are also citrus trees in the yard. This house was in my top 5 stays.
