Beachfront vacation rentals in Bodrum

We were extremely pleased with Mr. Yakup's hosting. Although he was abroad, he never stopped my business and immediately responded to every question we asked. It was our first summer experience, we were extremely satisfied and even think we should come back next year. Having the house in the compound and taking advantage of the facilities of the site free of charge, it also became important to us at a time when this economy was difficult. Thank you again Mr. Yakup.

Gio’s villa/townhouse is located just outside Bodrum center (marina) in a community with small 2-unit villas and this one is on the top floor (two levels) with bedrooms downstairs and kitchen, extra bathroom, living area and balcony upstairs. It is a clean place and well-maintained. Note that it comfortably sleeps 5 people (2 double and one single bed), but for 7 guests, the sofas upstairs would have to be used (not sleeper-sofas). For a group of young people, this may not be an issue, but for more settled travelers, this could be.. Also note that the view outside is limited - you will not have sea view from Gio’s villa, but look at the villas in front and next to it, although that is fairly reflected in the price. Beach access is on a small strip between 2 hotels (Azka and Salmakis) or through 2 beach clubs nearby, left and right of the hotels. Gio is easy to communicate, reliable and went an extra mile to address concerns.

This is one of the best villas I’ve stayed at. The location was like paradise with the private beach just for the villa complex being spotless and had crystal clear water. Our host was very accommodating and him and his wife- Denise were just wonderful people to be around. The atmosphere was out of this world and the edition was right next door allowing for some music! There is also many many rooms (4) so it’s perfect for a family just like we did.

Excellent location near many fantastic restaurants (our favorite was right next door with amazing sea food). A bit noisy due to the restaurants around but with the door closed it was fine. Right down to the beach so a quick morning or anytime swim was in reach. Responsive and very helpful host.

Ms. Hikmet offered a comfort that would make us feel more comfortable than our home from beginning to end. She was helpful with both check in and check out. Even in the slightest need, we communicated right away. The onion soup she made for us was amazing. The house was spotless. If you want to let me get lost and wake up in nature, this location is perfect. It was our first time, but it won't be the last. You can stay with peace of mind.

We loved this house. House was clean and all AC machines were working. There were so many towels alao for beach. There was always hot water. Host Mehmet was very kindly and friendly. If we will have a chance to come Bodrum again, we will select this house again for sure. We highly recommend this house.

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Thank you Yilmaz for being a lovely host; super responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved Yilmaz’s place! Stunning house with stunning views! Bespoke furnishings and very well maintained! The villa was very clean, plenty to do for the kids! Thanks for the PlayStation game! The boys loved it plus the table tennis! The pool was very beautiful and well situated for the morning sun. Plenty of lounge space; and private space to sun bathe. The balcony was beautiful, plenty of fresh air for my morning meditation and yoga. Plenty of wardrobe space; and cupboard space for storage. The fridge was very clean, plenty of cups, plates and pots. Cooker was easy to use and heats up quick. The bathrooms were clean and no problem with hot water. Washing machine and dryer were very useful to have especially when travelling with kids! Would 100% recommend and stay here again if I did return to Bodrum.

Our stay in this house left only pleasant impressions! 🏡✨ The house is very cozy and the panoramic view is just magical - every morning started with stunning scenery that lifted our spirits. 🌅 There were some minor comments on the quality of cleaning upon check-in, but the host responded instantly and organized a re-cleaning, so the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, the host was incredibly responsive: promptly helped with any issues, ordered extra blankets and comforter covers, cleaned the pool and even fixed the air conditioning. Was always on call and responded almost instantly. 📞 All in all, the vacation was comfortable and we were pleased with both the house itself and the attentiveness of the host. Thanks to Ms. Bedriye, she was very kind and helpful, and the house is quite sufficient and full price performance. If I were to come back to the basement, I would like to stay in the same place again.

The house was exactly as described. Koksal could not have been a better host so accomodating and helpful nothing was a problem. Made suggestions and advised on what to do, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I have used Airbnb throughout the world and Koksal and his house is one of the best experiences we have had both in the accommodation and hosting.

Even though it was October in this villa, we had unforgettable days from the summer with a warm weather. The villa greeted us with its magnificent view when we first entered. The furniture is stylish, modern and very tastefully furnished, it made us feel special from the first moment. It was a magnificent detail that all bedrooms had unobstructed views of the sea and had their own bathroom-WC in each room. We didn't have a fight in which room to stay in:) All the items you might need in the kitchen have been considered. We prepared both breakfast and dinner just by shopping for Sundays and Groceries. In fact, we intended to have breakfast in the villa and eat out in the evening. But we didn't want to miss that gorgeous sunset with a view of the kitchen. Cooking had never been such a pleasure. The barbecue corner of the villa was also very well thought out. We enjoyed a nice barbecue on a warm Mediterranean evening. It was also easy for us to have a washing machine and dryer. We have a good reason to choose the villa again.

We stayed with a friend and my dog for 1 week to get away from Istanbul and relax. The house is incredibly pleasant, you can enjoy the terrace on every floor with a perfect view. If you're into the kitchen, there's everything from A to Z. You can stay in this great location without thinking in summer and winter, we recommend.

Mr. Onur was very caring, it was a clean and tidy space. We went during the winter, it was calm and quiet. It is a great place to relax.

Amazing 3-Day Boat Tour with Mustafa in Bodrum We had an incredible 3-day boat trip with Mustafa in Bodrum. From start to finish it was a relaxing and memorable experience. The food was amazing – fresh and tasty Turkish food that we enjoyed in the sunset. We slept on the deck under the stars, which was absolutely magical. Mustafa took us to beautiful, hidden coves, where we swam in the clear, blue waters. No stress, just quiet and relaxation. Mustafa and his crew made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. A perfect way to experience Bodrum – highly recommended!

We stayed at Sally’s house for a week. It became the best vacation we’ve had for the past few years. The house was clean. The pool was great. The view was amazing. The rooms were comfortable. We were able to the walk to the center every day and usually took a taxi for coming back home when we didnt want to climb the hill. It cost only 150 lira.

Beautiful sea view home from the entire house, just like you're looking at a painting all day. You can hear the sea throughout the day, from your bedroom you will be cradled to sleep. The location of the house offers a lot of privacy and ensures a lot of tranquility. The house is well equipped with all the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable. Cemil and Nilgun are sweet caring helpful tenants. Are ready via various channels ( physically, by phone) to make your stay as pleasant as possible in all kinds of ways. We felt so at home, it was a homecoming. Very unfortunate that we couldn't stay there longer. Private pier has a small cafeteria run by a friendly family, the sea comes in different colors Azure blue, it is clean and cared for. Bay is surrounded by Beautiful gardens and residential complexes.
