Fantastic location sitting on the edge of the South West Coastal path at the top end of Marazion town.From the balcony this home enjoys uninterrupted sea views over Mounts bay and the famous St Michaels Mount.The Fire Engine pub is only a 5 minute walk. It only takes 15 minutes to walk down to St Michaels Mount and Marazion beach. Perranuthnoe beach is a 5 minute drive away/20 min coastal path walk. Praa Sands beach a further 5 min. Carbis bay&St Ives is only a 20 minute drive.

Our home is in a fantastic location with stunning seaviews over the golf course. The south facing garden is great for children, dogs and barbecues. The children will be kept entertained with an inground trampoline, basket swing and the adults can relax in the garden! The beach is 500 meters from the house with amazing sandy beaches, surf and the Seapool for calm swimming even on the biggest wave days. .

This was our first time in Bude and we’ll definitely be back! Shaun’s house was exactly what we were looking for - it was clean, tidy, modern - & warm, which made it feel lovely & cosy on a very wet Good Friday! The garden was well kept & completely enclosed which was perfect for our two dogs. The location was so quiet & peaceful & it was a very easy 15 mins walk into Bude. We walked so much - down the canal, along the coastal path in both directions, and down & up Clovelly! There’s lots of places to eat & drink, we tried Life’s a Beach, North Coast Wine Lounge, Mirchi for an Indian takeaway, The Barrel (whilst waiting for the takeaway!), The Rustic Tea Garden/Sip & Sea, & The Mermaid for fish & chips - all were first class! I could write so much here but there’s just not enough room…! Don’t hesitate to book this house, you honestly will not be disappointed - and ask Shaun anything, he’s so responsive & friendly - thank you Shaun!

We chose this location as it was near to where we needed to be for a celebration & close to kennels for doggie day care. Gorgeous cottage in a lovely setting. Just my kind of place - a real home from home with everything you need & delicious cream scones waiting for us too - thank you! We were only visiting for a few days & due to extreme weather were unable to explore fully. Would definitely recommend & hopefully will return & stay for longer next time.

Lucy was a great host and communication was easy. The property was lovely and everything you could think of was provided. The location was perfect to explore the area and the bus service on the park was brilliant. The only downside was the lack of phone signal and WiFi which was difficult for booking activities on and off the park. We had a lovely stay and would definately recommend Lucy and this property x

Very comfortable stay, had everything we needed and more. We loved the walk to Maenporth beach as did our dogs and easy to walk into Falmouth. Shame we did not have longer to try the facilities on site! Shelley great at communicating, checking we had everything we needed. 5 stars!!!

Alex provides you with truly everything you need to enjoy the most wonderful laidback ‘Cornish life’ experience. Whether you want to cook in (the Kamado grill is insane) or enjoy Newquay’s town and beachy vibes, it is all on your doorstep - all walking distance. You are spoilt for beach access with Towan 2 minutes away and Fistral 10 minutes. This is The Place to stay in Newquay! Oh and not to forget the little touches Alex provides, for example, all the cable connections you could possibly need to stay charged up, a fabulous sound system to enjoy music while relaxing after a surf, a nutribullet to make tasty smoothie, a comfy bed for a dreamy night’s sleep and so many more things! Absolutely perfect 🥰 We have just returned home from a fabulous week at this wonderful house. It truly is home from home and fully equipped with everything you need. The views are absolutely stunning. Mark, the owner, was super helpful and we knew that he was available anytime if we needed anything (we didn't) We took my elderly parents, and our daughter. My dad has dementia and it was so lovely and peaceful and calming for him and it gave my mum some much needed relaxation time and I am so so grateful for that. Our daughter loves photography and she took beautiful photos of the amazing sunsets. All in all it was a perfect holiday in a fabulous house and a stunning location. We will definitely be returning there and I cannot recommend it highly enough

A beautiful gem in a fabulous serene location near so many brilliant places in Cornwall. Perfectly furnished and thoughtful set up. Super helpful and friendly host - down to getting the bbq ready for us and being able to hose down wetsuits on site plus lots of great local recommendations - plus very quick responses and let us know we could check in early. Could not recommend enough (except to ensure there’s some availability next summer so we can return!). Exactly what we needed and such a stunning private garden too - ideal if you are bringing a furry friend. Many thanks and hope to be back soon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s property. The property was lovely and well equipped and the garden was one of the best we’ve had, well enclosed (perfect for a nosey dog!) with good facilities. It is a remote location but it was perfect for us. It was not even a 5 minute drive to Tamar Lakes which was a lovely 3 mile walk and the cafe was lovely for food as well. We also took a 20 minute drive into Bude. So albeit remote, it was a short drive to lots of areas. Thank you for your hospitality Ashley.

Amanda's home was the perfect stay for us and our two dogs. The whole place spotlessly clean but with a homely feel. The welcome gifts were a really lovely touch, I love having flowers in my home so was great to have some on arrival. All of the cleaning products and toiletries were of a high quality and the kitchen was well equipt.

Great little spot for a quiet weekend getaway. Communal pool is a nice addition and is well kept. Great hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the surprise cream tea! Bed could do with being a bit bigger, especially if you're over 6ft or if you're well insulated. Think it was a small double. Would recommend this spot, nonetheless 👍
