Waterfront vacation rentals in Bodden Town

WOW! This property exceeded our expectations. Our family needed peace and quiet desperately and this condo totally delivered. The interior was very comfortable and spacious. The views are stunning. Most days, for several hours at least if not the entire day, we had the pool and the beach to ourselves. We enjoyed being away from the chaos and crowds of a hotel on Seven Mile Beach. We also enjoyed spending half as much! Every meal we went out for was amazing: Over the Edge, Tukka East End, Rum Point and Kaibo. We are hooked on the North Side experience and can’t wait to visit again.

This was JUST what we were looking for! Quiet and serene, and steps from the ocean! We snorkeled during the day and kayaked the bioluminescent bay at night! Every accommodation was thought of: ice, water, extra blankets, fans, etc. Honestly - it was everything we could have hoped for and then some! We can’t wait to come back again!!

A good value option away from the endless condo blocks along Seven Mile Beach. A really generously sized apartment with stunning views from the living room and patio to the sea. Basics are all provided and a nice quiet patio to sit on. Some road noise at night as the bedrooms are on the front towards the road, so ear plugs will give you a peaceful night’s sleep. Hosts give you the space to really relax away from the main tourist areas but 5 minutes walk to the beach if you want that. Easy to access areas with a hire car. We enjoyed snorkelling at Starfish Point and on one of the trips to swim with the Stingrays. Ocean Frontiers who were great. A very relaxing place to stay.

We had an amazing stay in Grand Cayman as a couple with our 4-year-old son. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious, comfortable, and extremely well equipped – everything we needed to feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable, which made our nights restful after days of exploring. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and appliance you could possibly need, making it really easy and enjoyable to cook during our stay. We also really appreciated how easy it was to keep the apartment clean, thanks to the professional-grade washer and dryer, the Dyson vacuum, and all the cleaning supplies provided. Julie was an incredibly kind and helpful host, always available and happy to give us tips and advice throughout our stay. Every morning, we could enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the balcony, which made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

I travelled to Cayman with my husband and baby and we all loved our stay at One Canal Point. The location was great - there’s a pool and a park, easy to walk to some great restaurants and bakeries - the condo was clean and comfortable, and had beautiful views of the canal. The residents were also super friendly, as was Daniel and the property manager, Lisa. Communication was clear and easy, and they were very accommodating of us and our baby. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip!

What a spot! The backyard is breath-taking, it goes right to the ocean. Lay on one of the hammocks and love life! The place had everything you need and it is in the peaceful East End of Grand Cayman. A great spot for the price!

Our stay at Rum Haven was perfect in every way! Excellent location right across the road from the beach and beach bar while also offering a secluded back porch and yard on the bay. We snorkeled at the Pier seeing turtles and stingrays, and of course many fish. The beach was lovely and had shade if needed, along with the amenities of the Rum Point Beach Bar as needed. The bathrooms there were exceptional BTW. Rum Point is a bit of a drive from the airport, but worth it for the peace and quiet of the area. We did drive back to seven mile beach for a morning and did not regret seeing it and the gorgeous beach and water there. We took the villa provided beach chairs to Govenors Beach public parking - easy access at no cost. The villa had everything we needed. It was larger than we expected and was thoughtfully decorated. When we were delayed by a day due to airline disruptions, we were offered an extra day at the back end as nobody was booked for that time - what a nice gesture! Bei

The home and location were really nice. The North Side of the island is pretty far from everything which is nice if you want quiet, you'll have the whole beach to yourself. There are a few decent restaurants within 10 minutes. Most activities are 30-45 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay, but 1.5 hours of driving every day to and from activities got kinda old after a few days. If you plan to spend most of your time at the house/beach/pool this is a great place to stay.

If you are looking for the PERFECT place to stay in Grand Cayman then look no further than this absolutely amazing property. The house was pristine, the location was perfect and it was a very quiet neighborhood. Peter is a genuinely kind and caring host and we felt right at home. We were there for 10 days and loved every minute of our stay. Peter recommended Calypso Grill in West Bay and it was one of the best dining experiences that we’ve ever had while on vacation. Thank you Peter! We will be back!

As advertised. Beautiful location near the quiet Rum Point side of the island. Our group had a blast and the property manager was a joy.

Nice spacious place for two people. We only had one minor issue with an unintentionally locked door and Shellie was immediately responsive and had it fixed within an hour. the place was well equipped with everything needed. Weather was windy while we were there but that's not their fault. Great communication!

Whispering Kai is extremely well appointed, from tea and coffee selection, to cooking basics, toiletries, laundry supplies, everything you need is available. For your adventures, snorkeling gear and there were 6 watercraft for us (5 kayaks and a SUP) so all 6 of us were able to go on the water together. Plenty of seating outside for lounging and reading. Lovely porch. Comfortable king bedding. The view was amazing. It was such fun to kayak in bio bay at night and for sunrise. This place has it all. Beauty, accessibility to fun, so much to explore or just to cozy up in the hammock with a book.

Great location! So much to do right there either a short walk or drive away. With a car you have easy access to the Crystal Caves, the Botanical Garden and everything on the east side. (Don’t miss the parrot sanctuary!) The house itself is perfect! You can tell that the owners use the house themselves as the kitchen is well equipped. The lanai makes dining a pleasure. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful beachfront, well stocked kitchen, living areas with comfortable seating, comfortable beds. Hosts were highly responsive and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We took advantage of the kayak and snorkeling equipment that are included. The entire home is exceptionally clean and spacious. Hope to return someday!

To make a long review short, well worth the money. It's a huge house, it could comfortable sleep 6-8 people and not be crowded. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Every time we needed something, even things you wouldn't expect like a coffee bean grinder. toaster oven, or snorkel, it was there. The sandy beach was maybe 20 yards to the East. It's worth the price. Would go back again and again.

We stayed here for a month on the beach in Jaynes condo in the Cayman Islands. It was nice and private and the water and beach were amazing. We had a little problem with the A/C when we first got there but they fixed the problem right away. It was our first time to the Island but it won't be our last. Hopefully we will stay at Jaynes place again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation Kathy & Bob

What a fantastic condo! Everything was super clean and in excellent condition. I really enjoyed looking at all of Suladda's paintings in the condo; really adds to the ambiance. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the central air and ceiling fans were quiet and kept everything cool. Good size bathrooms with hot water and great shower pressure. WIFI works great! Beach area and pool was quiet and not overcrowded. Always lounge chairs available to lay down on. Great beach and shower towels. The location next to the beach was fantastic for snorkeling right in front of the patio; saw tropical fish, squids and a yellow stingray. Nearby is the wreck of the Gamma is a short beach walk which is amazing to snorkel and for seeing bigger fish. Walkability to restaurants is excellent; we dined at Thai Orchid (omg the sticky toffee pudding), XQ Pizza (3x), Peppers Bar and Grill (2x), Jerk BBQ Hut, Mrs. Pipers Garden, Coconut Joe's, ICOA Café and Piccolino's Café (3x, affordable breakfasts!)

This place was perfect for what we needed and wanted for our trip! We really enjoyed how secluded it was but also how close it was to Rum Point! The place was incredibly clean. Beach towels, chairs and cooler were used daily and it was nice to be able to wash and dry swimsuits and towels while there! Natalie was very responsive and helpful when we had questions and even had her husband drop off an extra blanket! Our kids loved the pool and we loved being able to walk out to the water each morning! My only complaint was the wind while we were there!

Heavenly location. Walk out directly onto the sands, with starfish, heron, and other animal visitors. Restaurant and espresso shop a minute’s stroll away on the beach. Comfortable place to stay with everything you need and more. We loved using the bocce game set and the hammock!! Don’t hesitate to book.

We had a great time at Amy’s place. Family/kid friendly. The place had everything we needed in terms of space/beds. Beautiful view. Full Kitchen essentials. W/D. Toys/books for kids, some water activity supplies. There was construction next door but it really did not bother us at all. Great location with easily walkable beach. Although it is was not really for swimming with kids, it was awesome for exploring rocks looking for hermit crabs. Has some walkable restaurant. Parking was tight, but super glad we had an assign spot. Definitely would recommend! And most like will try to come back!

Would stay here again, great location. We split our time between Cemetery Beach and Starfish Point. Craig was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing to do with Craig but we had a hard time finding the property. We didn’t plan ahead and had no Verizon service when we arrived on the island. I would recommend knowing if your cell service will be active or knowing exactly where the unit is before you leave home. Hope to visit again next year.

The condo at Sunset Cove was just perfect for our family of 3! Our 8 year old loved swimming in the pool and the ocean. There were lots of kids to play with and everyone was so friendly! I would recommend bringing a float with you to use in the pool. Having the swim up bar/restaurant was so great. The food was delicious for bar food. It is walkable enough especially for the price. Super clean, quiet, beds are comfortable. We will be back!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We loved the view from the kitchen/living room right out to the ocean. It had everything we needed to be able to cook some meals at the condo during our stay. The pool was big with plenty of room for everyone who wanted to enjoy it. And we also enjoyed having access into the water right in front of the condo- we were able to snorkel the ship wreck a few times. The outdoor shared patio’s were also great to have access to and watch the sunset from. We appreciated having access to the washer and dryer as well. They also have beach chairs, small cooler and other beach supplies if you need them- which is great so you don’t have to travel with those items or rent them. There was construction going on at the large building beside the condos - it didn’t bother us too much because we were always out and about during the day exploring. Parking is tight, so a smaller car is best - we backed into the spot which was much easier to get in/out. Loved this place!
