Beachfront vacation rentals in Bodden Town

We stayed at Sean's place for a nearby wedding down the street. The moment you walk into the condo you can see that they really care about their guests. It was EXTREMELY clean and relaxing with music playing in the background. The water pressure was excellent which is random but important! The condo is situated right over the pool with a great view of the ocean. We loved cooking breakfast in the morning then sitting by the pool, dock or beach. It is very relaxing and super quiet. If you are looking for more action I recommend staying near 7 mile beach but if you want to unplug def stay here. Rum point beach is about a mile a way and next door is Kaibo restaraunt and bar that has very good food n drinks along with Starfish point that has a pontoon food truck! We def are thinking of coming back already!

The home and location were really nice. The North Side of the island is pretty far from everything which is nice if you want quiet, you'll have the whole beach to yourself. There are a few decent restaurants within 10 minutes. Most activities are 30-45 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay, but 1.5 hours of driving every day to and from activities got kinda old after a few days. If you plan to spend most of your time at the house/beach/pool this is a great place to stay.

This place is great! It is in a quiet area next to the golf course and marina. A quick drive to Seven Mile Beach and Georgetown. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and good on-site restaurant. Host was very responsive but thankfully we didn’t need to reach out during our stay because everything was perfect! I’d definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay for peace and quiet. Snorkeling gear, pool noodles, float to use. Bring your own cooler as the Styrofoam cooler leaked and was broken. Also, had to buy a beach umbrella due to the one provided being broken and was a miserable first day on the beach without shade. Had to leave there because it did not fit in suitcase. Would have been nice to know to bring some type of shade for beach. Host was hard to understand due to using translation. Some sentences did not make sense. Easy check in/check out. A good 45 min-1hr drive from seven mile beach and most popular restaurants, but nice to be in a quiet area and felt very safe at condo and entire island. Locals were so friendly. Highly recommend renting a car!

Reno and Agata were super supportive of our requests. Great location and very comfortable. The AC was refreshing after a day in the heat. They had all amenities to make a stay comfortable. The beach is steps from the place along with shopping stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you.

It’s exactly as pictured! Quaint, small and private facility located right on the ocean with a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. It’s serene and somewhere I’d stay again.

Great location especially for the price! It's across the street from a quite beach and in a less touristy area.

This place was exactly as pictured and described. It’s clean, has beautiful views of the ocean, a nice beach and is private. We sat on the 2nd floor balcony every evening and caught a nice sunrise one morning. The water is pretty and good for snorkeling but shallow and with many areas of seaweed/grass…there are areas with sandy bottom where you can swim and float but they aren’t very large. The pool was clean and refreshing. The kitchen is stocked as is typical for a rental and has everything you need to cook (except no oven). The bed was big and comfy. Bodden town is quiet but has a few great little eateries (don’t miss the Czech Inn). It is also fairly close to the airport, grocery, and centrally located so you can explore the island with no more than a 30ish min drive to anywhere. We went to 7-mile beach, rum and starfish point, and the west end quickly and easily. This place worked great for us for a long weekend getaway and would definitely consider returning for another!

Our stay was amazing!! We were there during the off season and had the place to ourselves. Beautiful views and wonderful beach. Debbie was our host and she was amazing!! Looking forward to returning.

All-around excellent!! Loved our week at Seabreeze Villas and Michelle was a dream to communicate with once we were there. She made sure we had everything we needed. Our family enjoyed the week and will be dreaming of a return!

We loved our time here especially on the large covered porch with unobstructed ocean views! The bathroom was luxe, the king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was lovely. There were comfy lounge chairs on the beach, you could choose to sun bathe or opt for the ones under the gorgeous shady palm trees for reading. We had a great dinner at The Cheque Inn right in the neighborhood. Karen found a cooler for us to use which was very much appreciated. Great place and great hosts! We hope to come back and we’d for sure stay here again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay, everyone was so nice and welcoming. This will be my spot next time I visit.

Great property right on the beach! The place was super clean, very spacious (even with 5 of us), and had a full kitchen and laundry. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and the beach is super quiet. Only thing to note is to watch out for some fresh glass throughout the sand, so just be careful and bring flip flops. Parking is extremely convenient (free and assigned only steps away from the door). Host is also extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this for a family or a couple who's looking for a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy the island.

The hosts- Jane and Bob were outstanding snd Karen the on fire property manager was super responsive to our needs. The pictures did not do it justice and it was quiet, we enjoyed the pool and some days we felt that we were the only ones there. Not far from Spott’s beach and other attractions. The amenities were perfect, not missing anything and the local gem called Czech grille had outstanding food and drinks., plus Tukka. It is a 12 unit place and very quaint. Looking forward to coming back! Cayman Island was perfect weather.

Beautiful location free from overwhelming crowd and noise. It was easy to drive to local beaches, and explore other parts of island. This was the perfect center location geographically to either side of island.

Had a wonderful week at this location! Kay’s place is beautiful and quiet! Our cottage was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed . Kay goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Beautiful views of the aqua blue water and good restaurants near by as well. Safe and beautiful location would not hesitate to book again, we miss it already! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful paradise with us!

Absolutely stunning stay! The home was beautifully beachfront, just steps from the sand and tastefully decorated with a relaxed, island vibe. Waking up to the sound of the waves and feeling like you were right in the ocean was unforgettable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully done.

The house was great for our group of 9 adults. It was very relaxing and had a beautiful view. We lived the pool overlooking the ocean. We had an issue after check-in and Sonya, the property manager, was great. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled, even coming herself to the home at 9pm that night to take care of us. We loved that the home and beach were private. It was about a 25 minute drive to 7 mile beach and 25 minutes to Run Point (unless you get in weekday work traffic). There is a great grocery store and many good restaurants nearby as well. The kitchen and outdoor grill was great for cooking at the home as well. The beach is very natural and lots of sharp edges and sea urchins, so water shoes are a must if you choose to venture out. We barely did, but took a catamaran cruise one day and spent another day at 7 mile beach. It was great and we would stay here again.

Always enjoy visiting the Island and staying on the quiet side. The apartment was beautiful and renovated nicely. not huge but felt giant because of the indoor/outdoor space with a wall of doors/windows. Loved the pool and the beach of course. The only thing we didn't love about the entire thing was the grass on the beach which is an almost impossible task to maintain. Host was responsive, friendly and nice to work with!

Livia’s beach property was exactly what my family and I were looking for! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Everything was so clean and efficient. Our families favorite part of the Villa was the pool and easy access to the beautiful beach! We noticed people snorkeling everyday! We can’t wait to come back!

There are not enough word characters available to describe how wonderful this place is and how amazing Kay is!!! My husband and I have been to Cayman before, but this was the first time we brought our young children. We couldn't have picked a better place - not just for the kids, but for us. If I could give this place a million stars, I would. The location is unreal. It's literally right off the beach. If you don't feel like the beach or need some shade, there is an incredible gazebo to hang out in next to the pool or another area with a hammock to sway on. The pool was fantastic, our kids lived in it whenever we weren't out. It is serene, tropical, and private, and would made our jaws drop daily when we came outside or came home. Kay is absolutely amazing- she is so warm, caring, and helpful! Our kids loved her, we loved her.... We have stayed in many, many vacation homes and this was FAR AND AWAY our absolute favorite place EVER... We will never stay anywhere else if we come back!

The property is perfectly positioned on the island, everything is within a 20 minute drive. The beach at the property was very quiet and convenient when you want to relax and pause the island exploration. The house is equipped with everything you may need. If you like to cook they provide everything. If you want to eat out there are plenty of options in a 5-10 minute radius. I’d highly recommend this property if you want to both explore and take advantage of a beach/pool combo. Lastly, Ann was very responsive before, during and after our stay. She was very helpful when we had questions.
