We spent one night after a long drive, I can tell you that finding the house super clean is a real luxury! Everything was great, easy to access, spacious, very comfortable bedding, a 10/10. Communication with Joyce was straightforward and friendly. On site, we found everything exactly as indicated in the description. The huge property is especially inviting for family vacations. Shops for everyday needs are within walking distance. Especially with the number of rooms, it is practical to have sufficient parking spaces. We found these too. We had a great time at Villa Issum and can recommend the place in good conscience.

Guido was an excellent host! He always responded very quickly and friendly! The house was perfect, inside and out. Great welcome package! We definitely recommend this accomodation!

A very cozy spacious holiday home with a very large garden. A good base for hiking and cycling there. It is an added value that you can put the bikes in a storage room. With small children, it's worth paying attention to the two small ponds The trampoline could use a covering edge and the swing may also need to be replaced. The petanque court is very nice.

Very nice house that convinced even more in real life than in the pictures! You could feel really comfortable and enjoy the time. The hosts were very nice and accommodating! We will be happy to come back!

Celebrating a few days of Christmas with the family. House is perfect for a larger group and the pool table and dart board were a success. The living room/kitchen are not very large, but due to the extra Bar space it is completely fine. We had fun days!

We had a lovely long weekend with our family of 9 people with adult children plus dog in the beautiful, special house of Annette and Oscar. We were given a tour of the house and the huge garden upon arrival. We felt right at home! Oscar and Annette were always in a pleasant way in the background for questions. We cycled, hiked and looked at Arce's gardens. In short, highly recommended!

I stayed here with a large group for a new years meet. Communication with the host was proactive and positive. He was very welcoming and we had no issues over our stay. The location is good if you have a car or dont plan to go to the city. Thank you to our host, you were really chill with us and we appreciate it.

Everything was nice. But the beds can be of higher quality, they are not comfortable and make noise.

We had a great stay with a group of 10 people here. The area was beautiful and the accomodation was lovely. I would highly recommend to those that enjoy spending time in nature.

We arrived with 16 adults and 8 children. The place is well equipped. Plenty of cutlery, plenty of play. Nienke and Tim are great host. There was also nothing to be desired for the children. Pony, goats, ping pong table, foosball, swings, painting books, board games and much more. Everything was totally clean, there are a total of 5 toilets, of which 3 are fully equipped with shower and/or tub. We would recommend the place without a doubt.

Our already high expectations were even exceeded! The villa is beautiful, well equipped, really offers a lot of space and everything you could ask for. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept very well. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired. We can recommend the Belvilla without reservation! Thank you so much for letting us have such a great time here! We will be happy to come back.

We rented a tent over Easter and had a nice time overall. The surrounding area is ideal for children – lots of nature, space to play and a really family atmosphere. Especially the barbecue in the evening was a lot of fun and contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A few small things could be improved: the shower was in need of repair and the internet connection was unfortunately not reliable. Also, it got quite cold at night – so you should prepare well if you stay there this time of year. Still a great spot for families who want to enjoy a bit of nature and camping together

I wanted somewhere for our family to relax. Arjen's house was perfect. It's a beautiful space, or rather, a collection of beautiful spaces. We were also lucky enough to be there when the orchard was full of fruit. Arjen was brilliant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

Very nice and clean place on the horse farm. The apartment was super equipped and had everything you need in it. We read the note with the bookable towels, but that was quickly clarified. I highly recommend it

What a wonderful stay! The five of us greatly enjoyed the cozy cottage at the holiday park De Leistert. Beautiful secluded, well maintained, with comfortable furniture and the luxury of a private sauna and hot tub – really enjoy! The green surroundings were beautiful and trips to Roermond and Venlo made it all the way. Thanks again for the hospitality, we'd love to come back!
