There were four of us on site for two days. The apartment has a nice cut, was very clean and invitingly designed. As a welcome, the double bed and sofa bed were attractively decorated, even a bar of chocolate was put into bed for sweet dreams:) Would book this apartment again every time! The listing matched the description and photos. It was spacious and well equipped for 4 people. Everything was clean and tidy. Towels and linens were clean and of good quality. Dominik responded quickly to messages and his parents were very nice conversation partners on site. The location in the middle of Wachenheim was very good. Within walking distance were restaurants, wine bars and wineries. Nevertheless, it was quiet in the accommodation. We recommend the place to everyone.

We stayed in Sabine's accommodation for the second time. The cottage is very clean and perfectly equipped with a lot of love for detail. The location is a good starting point for various hikes to the surrounding castles or excursions to the surrounding towns. After an eventful day, you can relax perfectly in the associated sauna. We will also be happy to come a third time!

Great space. Very clean and spacious. Bedrooms are on lower level. Parking space is small but there is street parking as well, but much easier with a smaller car.

We met with university friends over Easter in Karlsruhe and stayed in Nathalie and Philipp's apartment. We enjoyed it very much! In total, there were 9 of us, including 5 children. Here the apartment convinced across the board, with a pool table, dart board and jacuzzi, there was no boredom. We especially liked the view from the roof terrace in the evening (sunsets). Directly opposite you can shop at Lidl or Netto, the bus connection to the city is good. The building itself is a bit outdated (commercial building), but the apartment itself is tip top! Thanks Nathalie and Philipp.

The condo was absolutely lovely with beautiful views and great interior. The kitchen was very well equipped. The only negative is the walkway to the door from the parking place. The walkway would be a challenge for somebody with a handicap.

The well-equipped two-room apartment with a new large bed is traffic-calmed with views and access to a large meadow with impressive sunset views from the terrace. Parking is nearby. All arrangements between us and the landlord have been complied with. We can also highly recommend the apartment for a longer stay.

Nice apartment with plenty of space and equipped with everything you need. The location is great for exploring the Palatinate - well-known wine towns such as Deidesheim, Bad Dürkheim, Wachenheim, Forst or Neustadt can be reached within a few minutes by car, and it is also not far to the Southern Palatinate. If you want to go hiking, you can also quickly reach the Palatinate Forest. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Niederkirchen, the landlords Wolfgang and Ellen were very friendly and accommodating and responded quickly to messages. Even in winter, the basement apartment is nice and warm thanks to the underfloor heating. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back - thank you!
