Vacation rentals in Boca Paila

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Kelli’s condo! Exactly as pictured, great location with 24/7 security and easy access to beach & town. Recommend renting a car - not easily walkable but super quick centrally located for beach days or town. Views are spectacular & amazing patio for medium sized group entertainment. We cooked a few nights in - had all basic amenities & great dining table that fit all our group from two other rentals. There’s also 4 full bathrooms - 2 on each floor. I loved it so much I’ll be renting again when I have a group - it’s really perfect to have a spacious place to host & chill together. Keli was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb! Super responsive & helpful all hours - she’s outstanding & had great local recommendations! I go to Tulum often & by far this is the best rental I’ve had location & space. Highly recommend if you want to be as close to beach without hotel zone chaos & prices!!!!

I had a fantastic stay at Chris and Lena's place in Tulum! From the start, they were incredibly responsive and communicated with me in a timely manner, which made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very safe, providing a perfect environment to relax. I highly recommend staying with Chris and Lena—it's a great spot for anyone visiting Tulum!

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.

Alla's place provided the perfect space for our family of six, offering enough comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, all decorated beautifully and clean. she was available when we had any questions and suggested a couple of local spots we can enjoy that we're both close and affordable. The garden and pool are beautiful! We did not get to stay as long as we hoped but hope to return soon!

Fantastic unit and Muunek is a wonderful building. We always stay in La Veleta and this was the nicest place yet. 2min walk off the main Calle 7 in the neighborhood. With a scooter it’s easy to get to and from the beach and Centro and prefer this area over the others. Common pool area was also great and shoutout to the every day staff managing the grounds and pool area- very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

It was great safe location and many cute restaurants in walkable distances but you need a car to go to beach, cenote or local restaurants. I rented a car and I am glad that I did. Just 10-20min distance on drive. Met host Tania and her adorable daughter Mayaluna when we walked in the roof top pool on the day of arrival and they throw her daughter’s b-day party and she offered me a cocktail. It was pleasant to meet her family. Both Tania and Xavier were super responsive and helpful. Two concierge Hernandes and Jordy were always there for us and no issue at all to in and out of the Condo. The place is just as photos and I stayed in penthouse. Very spacious room but the living room and kitchen was not as spacious compared to the room and master bedroom was in upstairs. I traveled with my two almost adult kids (17, 19) and they loved to have their own room. I prefer to large living room with balcony but it was my personal preference. We had a great time in there.

We had such a wonderful time here! The beach was spectacular! The casita and garden/ pool were so calming! The kitchen was super handy and there were delicious restaurants close by!

Amazing property with plenty of room to spread out with 4 couples. The location is a beautiful bay on the beach where you can paddle board and kayak. Alberto and Lucy the caretakers are the best and can make delicious meals, help with massage appts at the villa and provide other recommendations.

me pareció muy bien ya que en el departamento está equipado para cocinar (tiene todo tipo de utensilios básicos), cuenta con dos baños grandes, lo cual me pareció exelente, es un lugar tranquilo, la pasamos muy bien durante nuestra instancia, Claudia explica muy bien como debemos ingresar y además hace recomendaciones de lugares para visitar lo cual nos ayudó mucho ya que no conocimos Tulum, volvería a rentar el departamento.
