Monthly Rentals in Boca Chica Beach

Aaron was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Secure, quiet and on the canal. While an older condo it was neat and tidy and Aaron provided everything I could need. I was there for a month birding and the privacy, quiet, neighbors and peaceful location overlooking a canal made it feel very homey. Aaron provided helpful local recommendations. He was available if I had a question but was unobtrusive if he wasn’t needed. It was a convenient, friendly, secure and low hassle place to stay and a great value for the price. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Madeline's tiny home was exactly like the photos. Awesome decor and easy to keep clean. Enjoyed the peaceful view after zipping back and forth from spi. My husband and I both made good use of the amenities. Plus the cafe was inexpensive and had a tasty menu. Hope to return in the future. With gratitude!

Great place in a nice area in Brownsville

Great place within walking distance to the beach. All new furniture and new kitchen appliances. The only thing I missed was a drying rack. When you come from the beach and everything is wet, it is nice to hang these things outside. We had some problems with the drain in the shower but it was responded to very quickly! We had a great time and will definitely be back!
