The Pod is a completely independent first floor apartment accessed via its own courtyard entrance the ground level. Not suitable for disabled access. We respect your privacy. We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

Annexe self-contained accomodation.

Opened in Sept 2020, the Annexe is bright and comfortable. It is in the beautiful village of Needingworth, close to St Ives and within easy reach of Cambridge. There are many scenic walks nearby. The Annexe is adult only and is a cosy apartment which includes a living room with kitchenette (microwave cooking only), a bedroom with king-sized bed and a shower room with walk-in shower. There is off road parking. Look out for all the little touches that make your stay complete!

The self catering cabin with a good size kitchen/dinner with tea/coffee making facilities , Situated 12 miles from cambridge and 6 miles from st Ives, the cabin is only metres from a well stocked fishing lake . Fishing is available from the site owner for just £10 per day . It has 1 large comfortable double bed and in the lounge has 1 sofa bed and 1 large comfortable sofa. The cabin isn't suitable for children under the age of 12.
