This Airbnb in Moosach was excellent in every way. Its location is incredibly convenient, just a 6-7 minute walk to the U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and tram stations, making it easy to get around Munich. There’s also a Kaufland nearby, which was perfect for grocery shopping. The rooms were spotless, and the weekly cleaning service was very detailed. The shared spaces were always tidy and well-maintained. The gym was fantastic, with all the equipment I needed for my workouts, and it was kept in excellent condition. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The reception staff were always present, friendly, and helpful, offering assistance with a warm attitude. Their professionalism made my stay even more pleasant. Overall, this accommodation was a great mix of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at this location after the Bauma trade show in Munich. It was a great escape from the busy city and we very much enjoyed the nature of the yard with beautiful flowers and birds. Each morning we enjoyed coffee outside and evening cocktails to finish the day. We did not rent a car and enjoyed our 15 minute walk to the store to purchase groceries. There are several restaurants in the area, we didn't have a single bad meal. Everything was wonderful! This location was a 9 minute walk to the S Bahn which made access to public transportation extremely easy. However, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the area once we got there. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and a stroll in the nearby forest. There is a beer garden in the forest where we enjoyed a Dunkle and watching the kids run and play freely. It was a great way to live like the locals for a few days before our travel back to Parkville, Missouri. We hope to return during the next Bauma.

I was a guest for almost 4 weeks and felt very comfortable during the time. The apartment is well equipped for a longer stay. Since the parking options in the immediate vicinity of the AirBnB are rather limited, I was also happy about the freely available parking space in the underground parking lot. Communication with Agata was always very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and as pictured. The only criticism for me was the very soft mattress, which you sink quite far into. Unfortunately, that was not my thing at all. But for those who like to sleep softly, that's perfect. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Agata's AirBnB!
