Joey’s place is in an ideal location in the Nelson Bay Area. Easy walk into town, to shoal bay and little bay with plenty of access to walking trails, bikes trails and local amenities. The space itself is very thoughtfully setup and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay for a week near the beach. Handy location near shops and cafe. Clean and very comfortable. Great enclosed back garden for our little dog.

We had a great couple of days in Nelson Bay and I recommend this apartment to anyone. We mistakenly booked this apartment, as we tried to book the apartment next to it with the garden. A big shoutout to the rental company who went above and beyond to cover my mistake and tried to got us rebooked. Unfortunately another booking was made right at the time and we couldn’t move. But again, the company offered us to rebook to another date and tried to help us out. But, in the end we were just fine, the apartment is just great, it felt like newly refurbished. The location is fantastic, a 20 minutes walk to the marina, a 8 minute walk to little beach, 5 minute drive to Shoal Bay etc. We will be definitely coming back!

Mark was very helpful and quick to respond. The information booklet was very useful and had everything we need to know. The villa has everything we needed for our stay. It is very close to beach, cafe and a local grocery shop. Forster main town and beach is a short drive away. Very quiet neighborhood.. We enjoyed our stay at Mark's place.

Perfect place for a small family like us! We were lucky to book this last minute after we cancelled our overseas trip. Short drive to everything, short walk to Bagnall Beach, very clean & tidy, and has everything you need for a short stay! Had a small issue with the TV streaming but was addressed right away even on a Sunday morning! We had a very pleasant experience overall!

We enjoyed our stay at Jade Gardens! Communication was very smooth and easy. Great location on a quiet street, just a short walk to the beach and shops. House was basic but clean, and was well-equipped with everything we needed.

We love staying here - it is our third visit. It's a great house, in a great spot with everything needed for a wonderful relaxed holiday.

We really enjoyed staying at this accomodation. It was clean, neat, spacious, modern, with all the things I was hoping for including WIFI, air con, easy access, great location etc. I would definitely stay here again.

A Mediterranean Dream – The Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Jaymie’s breathtaking Mediterranean villa in Anna Bay was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and luxurious details—especially the private plunge pool, which made our stay even more special. Jaymie has truly created an oasis. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and she was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail of the villa was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a slice of paradise. My husband and I were so inspired by the beauty and elegance of this space that we are now planning to renovate our own home! Beyond the villa, the location itself is magical! From thrilling camel rides and 4x4 adventures on the sand dunes to dining at incredible restaurants (Atmos in Shoal Bay served some of the best food we’ve ever had!), every moment of our trip was unforgettable.

Very good as all utensils in the Kitchen were there and we didn't need half of it. Also saw cocktail set, however we do not drink cocktails. Great to have BBQ set as that was the only utensil we used. Spacious place and clean. It is a new property. Very close to the beach. Property manager was great.

We had a relaxing family getaway at Olas villa #5. The villa is spacious, well appointed, with calming neutral decor and everything you would need for a trip away with family or friends. The plunge pool was refreshing after a long hot day of exploring local surrounds. Birubi beach is a short walk away. My family was delighted with their lovely welcome surprise. Jaymie is a thoughtful host and very responsive.

After staying with Ruth for over 2 weeks, I didn't want to leave! It really felt like home in the end. It was awesome to have my own space and bathroom but then be able to use the lovely kitchen. The pool is stunning, the photos don't do it justice! Super safe and peaceful area but accessible to everything in Newcastle. Ruth and I had some lovely conversations and I will definitely stay there again! Thanks Ruth.

We had a great stay in Forster! The house was lovely—very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and everything was just as described. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again

I'm from Germany and if I read "Villa", I expect more than a big bungalow with just basics. The amenities like the buttons for the spa need replacing, the stove wasn't in best shape either as you need to light it up with a lighter, which is provided. The main bedroom with the large bed was in fact two single mattresses put together, not so nice to sleep on the hard edge when cuddling your partner.

This place was great to stay with friends. Great Amenities and amazing location.
