Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Blue River

Loft was perfect a overnight stay! my friend and I had tons of space, absolutely love the decor and the lication is perfect on Main St.! We definitely want to return!

We had a great stay at Dwain’s place. Everything was well kept and organized. Close to hiking trails, casinos, golf, and marinas. Would stay again.

Overall, a large and spacious place. 2 nice bedrooms, large living room and kitchen. We really loved how private and close it is to everything from the local grocery store to Eisenhower's birthplace to good restaurants. There is a fine dining restaurant right below the room but we never heard a peep or smelled anything from the kitchen. Lastly, Sara, is great to work with. She definitely brings the Denison friendliness and charm as she works with you. One word of advice, bring some ear plugs for the trains that go by your room which aren't very frequent but can surprise you at night. Denison is a railroad town with references to trains all over the town which is one of the reasons we stayed at Katy Depot. We loved it! That being said, 5 stars all the way around.

Peg’s Place is exactly what I hoped it’d be! The home was clean, inviting, & exactly as pictured. Having a peaceful space to relax & watch tv, a private yard to enjoy some sunshine, and a comfortable bed for a refreshing rest was just what I needed after a long day of travel! Teresa was an excellent host, sharing clear instructions for arrival & was so kind throughout our correspondence. I adored getting to stay at Peg’s Place & would love to stay again, for longer next time!

Amazing stay! We planned a last minute get away to the casino for the day and I’m so glad we stayed at this Airbnb instead of the loud casino! Everything was clean and the area was very quiet and comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay at Michael's house. The house was clean and well equipped. My family are not coffee drinkers; but those who are would have loved the coffee machine with a full drawer of coffee pods to choose from. There is a bedroom on the ground level with ensuite bathroom/toilet, which was great for my elderly mother. It was also great to have two sets of washing machines and clothes dryers (one set each in the ground floor master bathroom and level 2 master bathroom). Michael was always very responsive to questions and messages. Would like to thank him also for accommodating an early check-in for my wife and I, which was a godsend after a long trans-Pacific flight. No hesitation in recommending this to anyone coming to Denison.

My stay was perfect for me and my dogs. The fenced in yard was plenty big with good lighting. The house we clean & well stocked. I forgot a charger and was so happy to find an extra in the bedroom drawer. I will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.

Sincerely an amazing home with lots of space! Quiet, private and very clean overall!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway near lake Texoma! Less than 2 hours away from the DFW airport and made my family and I super happy to stay in a spacious place like Bryce’s :)!!!

Our family’s stay at Lilac House was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we drove onto the secluded property to the minute we walked into the warm and inviting home, we knew we were in a special place. Rosemary’s home was exceptionally clean and stocked with games, a tv ready for your streaming services, beautiful handmade quilts throughout, heated toilet seats with bidets, a Blackstone to cook your meals, a washer and dryer with detergent to use, and a fantastic screened in porch to enjoy your beautiful surroundings. She thought of everything, and we needed nothing to prepare our family meals in her well stocked and well equipped kitchen. Cabinets throughout were labeled and easy to navigate. Rosemary was incredibly responsive and patient answering all of our countless questions. She was wonderful to work with. Our family of 5 plus our two dogs enjoyed a memorable stay at the Lilac House. We highly recommend Rosemary’s Lilac House and would unequivocally stay there again.

The owners have a charming back story to the house. The neighborhood in which the house is located is a little sketchy. I was a bit scared to go outside alone to my vehicle and we kept the doors locked at all times. We do live in the country so it was not that. We had a family reunion about 6 miles away and it was convenient for us. It is in the middle of nowhere! The thermostat is set to 78 during the day and it did get a little warm during the heat of the day. There is no trees for shade and the front and back deck are not covered so the sun beams down on the house. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms were empty and the dish soap in the kitchen was gone and someone had added water to it.There is a very small store right up the road. The convenience to our family reunion was the only reason to rent this place. We would have reserved for next year but the cost doubled in price! We have a RV and it will be cheaper to pull it and camp than pay almost $1600 dollars for 4 days.

We felt like we were at home period we live in the country, and this was just like being out there period quiet, peaceful, just loved it. The room was awesome! We had the place to ourselves and felt like. We were home where it's quiet and peaceful.
