Rarely experienced such a thoughtful apartment. Everything you need on site: Proper knives, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, HDMI cable - someone is thinking here! Important: The ski lift is only accessible by car (or 15-20 min.) on foot. Beautifully decorated, good amenities etc. - everything great, I'd love to come back.

Super apartment for skiers: ski bus in front of the house, downhill on skis to the house possible. Functional and yet cozily furnished, very nice view. Bread service, pool and sauna, large ski cellar. Friendly care by caretakers on site. Go there!

The location was great! Close to the city center and bahns. The view from the apartment and terrace was spectacular. Janet was at the apartment when we arrived. She was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice apartment, ideally located if you want to ski. The ski bus is right on the street in front of the house. There is a ski cellar with lockable boxes for the skis and ski boots. Very tastefully decorated and everything you need to take care of yourself. We have been there several times and would be happy to come back.

Great apartment in good location for Ski Arlberg resorts. I can highly recommend, we really enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was perfect for a family with 3 teenagers. Very friendly host too! Thank you so much.

Very nice apartment, ideally located in the ski resort. We had an off-season stay, but we enjoyed the calm and beauty of the landscape.

The place was great!!! From booking to check-in to check-out, everything worked great. The booking has been confirmed by direct payment. A week before check-in, the code for the key compartment was sent, which you could finally use at check-in. We found our way around the building very quickly and there was enough space in the available refrigerators for both our cold drinks and our food. An absolute highlight was both the spacious sauna and the cellar room. Although the sauna unfortunately did not work on the first day, we had extensive opportunities to keep busy in the building. A short message regarding the sauna was followed by a very quick response that someone will come by the next day and take care of the sauna. Thus, it also worked without problems and could then be used. Overall, a very attractive offer

Super cottage, nice place..!

We were able to spend a great week skiing. The house is very spacious and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities. From toddler to grandparents, we quickly felt comfortable. Communication with Jürgen and Monika was straightforward, our questions were answered quickly. We will be happy to come back!

New and very modern apartment or house, very well equipped. Very good beds. Parking is available right in front of the house. Location was good for us. Transportation is very good, also accessible by train. We felt very comfortable. Everything as described.

Lovely house with a stunning view!

We had a fantastic stay as three families with four small children (aged 1 to 3). The house was spotless, with everything we needed—sheets, towels, detergent, spices, appliances, and two coffee machines (filter and bean). It was great for families, and the sledges for the kids were a nice touch. The rooms vary—two are spacious and stylish, while the other two are smaller and simpler. Some floors were squeaky, which wasn't an issue for us but might be for families with sleeping babies. Communication was pleasant, but since a company manages the property instead of the host, there were occasional delays. Check-in and check-out were smooth, though early check-in wasn’t possible due to cleaning. Overall, the house offers great value for money—one of the best we’ve experienced on Airbnb. Highly recommended!

The contact with Martin was absolutely recommended, he always responded very quickly and all questions were answered. It's a nice place to stay. A very cozy, comfortable bed, the decor is nice and also practical. In the kitchen there was everything you need. Large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc. The bathroom (with window) with sink, bathtub, plus a washing machine and dryer. Toilet with small sink extra. Bathroom, toilet & kitchen are common areas. Everything was impeccably clean and everything as indicated in the description. The property is located on a main road, next to a diner, but it was still pleasantly quiet. The property is very accessible, free parking is available right in front of the house. Everything is great. There are shops, restaurants and much more in the immediate vicinity.

The property is very easy to reach on foot from the train station. The check-in instructions and all the descriptions of the accommodation were very precise and everything worked very well. Before and during my stay, I have several communications with Martin. He was always very friendly and accommodating. Issues were quickly resolved. I was especially excited to be able to arrange an earlier check-in. I booked two nights during the week. During this time, there were not many on the floor, and it was very quiet. The room has everything you need except for a mirror, which I would have liked. The kitchen is very well equipped. From Frastanz, it was easy to drive to Liechtenstein and back, which was the destination of my trip. I highly recommend Martin's place, especially because of his hospitality.

Unfortunately we didn’t meet Martin because it was a short stay but it was great and we enjoyed it.

I've been there several times now and the place is just great. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, the Wi-Fi is good, everything is really clean and Martin is a very great host.

Great place. Very clean. I didn’t realize that it was a shared accommodation with a communal kitchen and bathroom - that info was only to be found in the photos captions - but still didn’t cause any problems. Well equipped kitchen, good parking, and very clean bathroom / kitchen / common areas with the privacy of your own room. Would stay again there.

We had a wonderful week at the house. The communication with Marieke was fantastic. The house can accommodate 10 people. 4 showers and an infrared sauna (not used). Lots of toys and games. Slee that can be used in front of the door on the hill. Good beds. Nice chill area in the basement Only downside there are two toilet's both in a shower room, but yes what are you talking about….. I loved it!

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of the greenery :) we felt right at home during our stay with dog. Amenities were great, we will be happy to come back!
