Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bludenz District

This is our second time staying at this great place. The flair is unique and communication worked smoothly, our stay for next year is already booked - I don't need much more than that :)

Beautiful and quiet chalet in top condition. Modern and quietly furnished with everything you need. Everything very high-quality and with personal and regional charm. Everything was also perfectly clean and well organized. We felt very welcome as a family, there were plenty of opportunities for the children to play and for us adults to rest and spend a cozy holiday. Karin and her husband Walter are very nice and accommodating landlords. They were always immediately available as a contact person (although everything was so well prepared that we didn't need it at all). Thank you so much for letting us spend our vacation with you. We had a great week of vacation.

Super simple and uncomplicated. The accommodation was great for our group, communication easy and generally everything very relaxed and perfect for our requirements. A nice new bathroom, and the location is also quiet, but well connected to everything. We would definitely come back.

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

The house is beautifully located between the mountains. There are a lot of walks in the neighborhood. It was sparkling clean and the cottage was very well equipped (in the kitchen everything is available to fully cook, in the bathroom there are clean towels,..) Birgit was always quick to respond to my messages, and was a very friendly host. The tichel stove was warmed up when we arrived, so it was nice and warm inside. There were a lot of information leaflets about activities nearby. In short: recommended!

The house is really the way you expect it to be according to the pictures. A feel-good place with everything you need. The kitchen is more than sufficiently equipped for large groups of people. The garden, sauna, pool and spacious common areas guarantee a feel-good atmosphere.

The view was even better than expected from the pictures, you have everything you need and feel right at home. I'd be happy to come back

We spent an extended weekend here with 5 adults and three children and had a wonderful time! The beautifully furnished house offers plenty of space, is equipped with everything and very clean! The location is great, there are great hiking and excursion opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Bernhard is a warm and uncomplicated host, we will be happy to come back!

We had a great time in Wald. We went for the skiing which was super fun for all of us. Thanks Alex and Nadia for such a memorable holiday.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location, a great way to spend a birthday. Would definitely recommend the area to anyone looking to hike and explore some of the high peaks around the area! Thank you to Franka for the wonderful recommendations!

We were there for an extended ski weekend and were very pleased with the place: It looked like the photos, was clean and very well equipped. Anita was very nice and accommodating, we will be happy to come back!

Very nicely located apartment with fantastic views. The apartment is very well divided, offers sufficient space and is equipped with everything necessary. Ideal for excursions into nature. The city and local suppliers can be reached in a few minutes and the dairy is just around the corner and worth a visit. Very friendly landlords. I was alone in Sabine's apartment to find peace and be in nature. The apartment is perfect for it. Very tastefully furnished, with everything you need and above all very clean. Sabine gave me good tips for the area and was always available immediately. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. The wonderful view and the large comfortable chair in which you can enjoy it are really worth emphasizing. I'd love to come back and highly recommend the apartment. Thank you Sabine!

Great place, tindy and clean, everything was available in the appartment and more. Furthermore a good location, for skieeing and restaurant nearby. Lastly, the communication (upfront) was adequate and pleasant.

Sylvia's apartment makes you feel "at home" from the first minute. This is how it happened to us and our boys from the beginning. You enter the spacious "dining room" from which all rooms are accessible and can explore the very large apartment from here. Everyone quickly found their favorite place. The apartment offers a great mix between traditional craftsmanship with cassette ceiling and intarsient tables as well as a beautiful parquet floor, coupled with a modern kitchen and actually three bathrooms PLUS a "wellness area" with sauna. In addition, a fireplace, so you want to spend cozy hours indoors, although the surrounding landscape and views make up the true charm of the apartment. Sylvia is incredibly helpful as a host and is always available to help, for example, if ALL cable cars are closed and hiking is difficult. Thanks for the great tips, we will be happy to come back.

Great location for a skiing holiday.

We had a wonderful week at the house. The communication with Marieke was fantastic. The house can accommodate 10 people. 4 showers and an infrared sauna (not used). Lots of toys and games. Slee that can be used in front of the door on the hill. Good beds. Nice chill area in the basement Only downside there are two toilet's both in a shower room, but yes what are you talking about….. I loved it!

We had a very nice vacation at Christine's. Apartment is very nice and tidy exactly as described. Very nice location overlooking the mountains. Christine is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We'd love to come back.
