Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodenseeufer und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 4 km. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist im Preis inbegriffen. Ich war im März 2025 im Apartment. Das Apartment ist wunderschön, modern und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die Bilder stimmen 1:1 überein. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Hervorzuheben - es gibt einen Café Vollautomat. Maik und Penelope sind echt nette Gastgeber und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Der Bodensee fußläufig nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Beim Bäcker nebenan gab es immer frische Brötchen (auch Sonntags auf). Ich würde das Apartment auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Vielen Dank liebe Penelope für den schönen Aufenthalt.

It was an absolute pleasure staying in Doris home, Sarah and Dora are wonderful! I felt so comfortable in this home, there was many Special Christmas and lights decorations all around the house and through the garden. It looks like a fairytale home full of special decorations! The hosts make you feel comfortable and they are very helpful. The front lake view is insanely beautiful, like a little piece of paradise! I super recommend Doris’s home to anyone looking for a cozy stay by Lake Constance! Thank you so much, Danke Doris & Sarah. 🤩

I was there for a weekend race. Bregenz is small and cute and sleepy. I just needed a clean place near the starting line; it was super convenient and close by. My only issue with the apartment was getting the shower head to work. Thankfully I am small and fit in the bathtub

Wir haben uns bei Lucie sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und uns hat’s an Nix gefehlt. Die Aussicht auf die Berge wie den hohen ifen oder das walmendingerhorn sowie ins Tal zu schauen ist unglaublich. Wie hatten einen super Urlaub. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und vielleicht sieht man sich ja wieder :-)

Eine ruhige, gut ausgestattete und gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten beim Bus, im Dorf oder auch bei den Bergbahnen. Das Check-in und -out ist sehr unkompliziert, auf Fragen wird schnell und freundlich reagiert. Danke, dass wir da sein durften, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr tolle Wohnung in einer schönen Lage. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, wir hatten selten eine so gut ausgestattete FeWo. Sehr sauber u. gepflegt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war komplikationslos, da zuvor alles kommuniziert wurde. Sehr gut organisiert. Auf Rückfragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Was für uns ein wenig schade war, war das Fernsehprogramm. Man hatte kein reguläres Fernsehprogramm. Man sollte sich mit seinem Account anmelden, den wir jedoch nicht haben, da wir kein Samsung TV Zuhause haben. Zu Zeiten der Fußball EM war das schade. Auch, dass man die Kurtaxe für alle Personen für die ganze Zeit entrichten muss, war für uns neu. Wir selbst waren 14 Tage vor Ort und hatten für 4 Tage Besuch... Bisher mussten wir dann Tagesgenau die Taxe bezahlen. Dies sei vom PC System nicht möglich?! Man kann in der Gegend so viel unternehmen. Es ist für jeden was dabei. Auch in Brand selbst gibt es tolle Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.... Es fehlt an nichts!
