Great place to stay and awesome neighborhood! Everything matched the pictures perfectly. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to check in and check out. The location made it really easy to explore a lot more of FL than we thought we would! Very clean and comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! What a beautiful home and fully equipped with everything to have enjoyed our stay and time with family. We loved how clean the backyard and pool area was. The house was extremely clean and neat. The bedrooms had super comfortable beds and the linen was fresh and clean. Bathrooms had extras of everything so we wouldn't run out of necessary items. The kitchen was fully equipped with all sorts of gadgets we needed for cooking. Everyone that we communicated with from Emperor Rentals were super quick to respond and were willing to work with our inquiries. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and pleasant experience. We would most definitely come back again.

This was a charming house with a perfect space for relaxing. Close to shops that have all the amenities you may need. Host was explicit in instructions and provided all the basic necessities. Very happy I chose this little oasis for our mini vacation.

We absolutely LOVED the house! Cozy, inviting, CLEAN! Everything you can ask for! From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is a dream! Our kiddo loved it and so did we! I would recommend this place to anyone! It is definitely worth it! We hope to return next year!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay! Kenny (hosts) were the best I’ve ever had—incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed (and more). He went above and beyond to make sure my trip was comfortable and memorable. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this experience really stood out. Our 8 night stay at Carrie’s charming little place was exactly what we needed for our visit to family in Florida. It was the perfect size for my wife and I and everyday we looked to the privacy and comfort of our little home away from home after the day’s adventures. The price was excellent and Carrie was quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. We would definitely stay here again when we get a chance to return. Thanks for everything Carrie!

We had a great time with no issues staying here. The pool was clean and we used it regularly. The game room was fun and there were plenty of tv's in different rooms. Very few bugs made it through the screened in pool surrounding, so it was a great area to relax. 1.5 hours or less to the Orlando attractions and a little over an hour to multiple great beaches. It is about 1/2 hour to Busch Gardens.

Melissa's place was exactly what we needed. my family enjoyed the pool area and grill area. the whole house is great. most of our time was spent in the pool. We thought about going over to Tampa ( which is not far down the road) and spending time at the beach... But, why do that, let's just grill out and stay at the pool. I'm looking forward to booking with Melissa's Place again next year. The beds were very comfortable. overall experience was that it felt like home...Welcoming & cozy. i don't think it's mentioned in the description... But when you enter this community, there is a park that has racquetball and tennis courts. There is also a playground for the kids. By the way, this has to be one of the easiest places to check into and check out of. This was a little further away than what I intended (I was there for church convention) but once I learned my way back and forth, it wasn't bad at all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was an excellent stay for me and my family. The house has been completely remodeled on the inside, it’s extremely nice. There’s a pool and you can fish off the back of the property into the lake, so if you love fishing, it’s a great spot for you. The hosts were incredible and communicated very well at all times. I have nothing bad to say about our experience with this host or their home. Two thumbs up

Loved our stay. Beutiful cozy place. Catalina was great to communicate with and had no problem extending our checkout time. Would definitely consider the place again whenever in the area.
