This home has a split floor plan. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own TV and a ceiling fan. There are also 2 additional TVs in the living rooms . There is a screened in lanai so you can enjoy the Florida weather without the bugs. The house is nestled in a family oriented neighborhood just 10 min. away from Westfield shopping mall or Brandon Hospital. And just a 14 drive to Hard Rock!!
