We all had an amazing time staying at Transfer's Haven. The AirBnB was super easy to locate, get inside, and matched the description. The space itself was super clean and accommodating, and the area was perfect. I would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful Stay in Tampa! I recently had the pleasure of staying in Ryan’s fantastic 4-level home in Tampa, and I can't say enough good things about it! The neighborhood was vibrant and welcoming, with plenty of nearby parks and local shops to explore. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a clean and spacious home that exceeded our expectations. Each level offered ample room for relaxation and socializing, making it perfect for our group. The decor was modern and inviting, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tampa. I can't wait to return!

The most unique air bnb stay we have experienced. We loved the outdoor setting and how colorful it was. Very fun for our bachelorette group to celebrate. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our questions/needs. What some people do not understand about some air bnbs is that not everything is going to be perfect and that is perfect enough for us :) So for the few negative reviews on here.. seems like people are just complaining so they can try to get money back for no reason. If you don’t want to spend the money, go find a dirty cabin to stay in for cheap 👍🏻 ☺️. This was such an adventurous spot and we loved it. Especially after learning the history of the area, it made it even cooler. Thank you to our hosts!!! -Rachel

House was set-up well for multi-family stay with kiddos aged teenager to toddler. Lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the home to make your stay comfy and cozy! Appreciated items for the beach and for kid play! Lots of space and options for sleeping and areas to hang out indoor and outdoor! Everyone one slept well and complimented that it was a great space! No issues and host was responsive for any questions👍 Our family enjoyed our first trip to Tampa and we would stay here again!!

A few things really stood out to us in the best way possible! The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches we didn’t expect—like complimentary drinks, a fully stocked bar with the essentials, and even mini cupcakes! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which made our stay even more relaxing. The binder of recommendations was super helpful—it included great local spots to eat, nearby attractions, and things to do in Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete. We also appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the pool and hot tub heating system. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! P.s. you might find a hidden secret treasure too! I did 🏴‍☠️

We had a great time at Matthew and Melissa’s place. It really was the prefect spot for a getaway with our kids. The neighborhood is beautiful and in a convenient spot to explore the rest of Tampa and the surrounding area. It was amazing having such a nice park and playground literally a stone’s throw from the house. And the house itself was classy, comfortable, clean, and our kids never wanted to leave the pool and patio area… a pool to swim in, a nice shady table for snacks, AND a TV for the occasional Bluey. What more could a kid ask for? And Matthew made it so easy for us: great communication and incredibly helpful. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

We went to Tampa for a business trip, but didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We chose this place because of the location on the water and the kayaks. We spent almost all of our time on the water and fishing. The house was located close to everything you would possibly need, but once you were out back you forgot you were close to the city! The hosts were super responsive anytime I messaged with questions. The house was very comfortable. AC was cold. Comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again!

Peaceful treehouse in the heart of Hyde Park. The location is great, bed very comfortable and we enjoyed the screened porch .

Ryan was so very attentive and helpful ! He was able to accommodate a last-minute weekday stay when our original trip planned to Washington DC was rerouted to Tampa Florida! Was just my young daughter and I and I have to say Ryan’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect, every amenity you could need it was very clean. The bed in the pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced at an Airbnb. My daughter very much enjoyed his very friendly cat that hangs out by the pool the Riverside view and seating to relax on the deck by the river is just stunning. Although we spent a majority of our time in Clearwater, the location was easily accessible to all highways and everywhere we were looking to visit. Ryan even saved me on a rental car recommendation. We very much enjoyed our stay, we even extended to an additional day ! We will be back, Ryan! Thank you so much for making my daughter and I feel so comfortable on a last-minute change of vacation plans!

Alex’s place was perfect for us while we visited for a long weekend to celebrate a friends wedding. Walkable to everything, but still felt quiet and cozy inside. Alex was a great communicator and made our stay super smooth.

My husband and I had a great stay at the bungalow. Nice, clean and homey. The location is good for downtown and neighboring restaurants. It was nice to walk my dog with such friendly neighbors. I recommend the bungalow if your in St. Petersburg. - Gayle & Rob

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The home offered comfortable beds, plenty of seating, and a well-equipped kitchen with a private patio. Check-in and check-out were effortless, and the house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful, and it’s conveniently located near stores, the highway, and local attractions. We did noticed some minor maintenance issues, but it didn’t impact our stay. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

Josh and Joy were incredible hosts! They made us feel right at home and were great to work with. The check in process was seamless, home was as described, and within walking distance of local attractions. We would love to stay here again!

Celebrated our bday weekend here and loved it! Close to everything and by far the most affordable place to stay! We brought our electric scooters and paddle boards. We cooked food in the toaster oven and made the most of our stay. We also brought our dogs with a big backyard for them to run around. Fast wifi and hot shower. The beach was a quick drive and downtown was close drive as well. Highly recommend!

What a lovely place with everything you need and extras too! Stephanie is super-friendly and we felt right at home.

This Tampa, Florida house was so beautiful so peaceful shopping places was very close by the beautiful backyard the swimming pool very peaceful area me and my family really really enjoyed it. We were there for a Cheer competition and it went wonderful I would go back again. I am looking forward to come back and visit and visit their house again. Me and my family loved everything about it beautiful clean neat everything that you’re looking for if you’re trying to go to Tampa Florida for a vacation the hostess was very responsive and very pleasant. I enjoyed my whole day.

This was the second time we were at this location. It impressed us just as much as the first time we stayed there. We will return. The house and pool are kept very clean and both are well decorated. You have the feeling you are in one of the better rentals Airbnb offers.

Christina was very helpful as we were in town for a cruise and they kick you off the ship at 8 am and Christina accommodated us in every way. Loved the place and the balcony. At night they start a fire and light the tiki lights and you can sit out there and listen to the sound of the waves hitting the rocks will your toes in sand. If I’m ever in Tampa I would stay again.

Truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again should the need arise. I imagine if the weather would have been nicer we would have been able to enjoy the beautiful backyard lanai and pool but unfortunately mother nature had other plans.

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

Stay here!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this AirBNB!! Great location (safe, walkable, quiet, close to great restaurants and coffee shops!!), GORGEOUS space (the backyard with pool and plants everywhere is a dream come true), and everything you could need inside: comfy beds, a super stocked kitchen (seriously, you could cook anything you want, the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and pots you need), and very clean! There was a personalized book with local recommendations, the hosts were responsive and kind but gave us space… perfect!!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely; we were unexpectedly forced out of our previous AirBnB due to flea infestation, so we were scrambling to find a place available. Wow - we are so happy we found this home in Gulfport. It is very well appointed -- 2 bedrooms, kitchen, pool, 2 nice baths! And the location is awesome - very walkable to all Gulfport has to offer! We walked to all the Beach Blvd shops, restaurants, breweries, coffee shops just about every day. And their communication was awesome - the hot water heater went out on a Sat, and they had it repaired same day, while we were enjoying Beach Blvd. We highly recommend this AirBnB!

Sheila’s place is comfortable and private. We loved how close it was to the North Shore Aquatic Center. We also loved the pool! Sheila is a great host. She’s responsive and was able to answer all our questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again!
