The summerhouse at Lønstrup was built in 1986, it is a well-maintained and cozy summerhouse, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping nature plot. The grounds are surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter for the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The summerhouse is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dune to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful bathing beaches.

Cozy cottage located right in the middle of the dune landscape in the scenic Kettrup Bjerge only 200 meters from the beach. The house is of an older date and was renovated inside in 2020 and contains a new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave, dining room, living room with wood stove, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large terrace raised above the terrain, as well as a covered terrace. The property has its own dune where there is a "hidden" bench from which you can enjoy sea views/sunset.

The apartment is 82 sqm with 2 bedrooms with 3/4 bed, as well as a connected living room/kitchen. There is direct access to a beautiful west-facing terrace with views of the dunes and the city's rooftops. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is free parking nearby and the possibility of unloading at the door

This exclusive house is built with respect for nature, so it fits perfectly into the unique surroundings. You can even enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue water and effervescent waves, because the beach is just a few hundred meters away. In short, the layout consists of a nice bathroom and a two-person dino bedroom. Der er langt til nærmeste nabo, hvilket gør at man i den grad nyder en speciel ro og stemning i huset og man kan være ugeneret udenfor på de velplacerede terrasser, som omkranser huset fra solopgang til solnedgang og der er altid et perfekt spot til at nyde solens varme stråler i læ for vinden og med Vesterhavets lyd i baggrunden.
