Modern cottage in beautiful nature

Good location close to the beach, protected nature, forest and Løkken town. The plot is a 2580 m2 natural plot, where emphasis is placed on biodiversity with unique planting, which allows privacy and invites you to stay in different zones. There are wooden terraces to the south and east – there is also a covered terrace. It is a modern, stylish year-round house for the environmentally conscious, as there is geothermal heating and extra insulation, which significantly reduces electricity consumption and makes the house extremely CO2-friendly. There is underfloor heating everywhere.

Summer house in Kettrup Bjerge

Our cottage is located in the middle of a protected natural area in Kettrup Bjerge. Here you can find peace and quiet and slow down. The area is suitable for outdoor activities, and there are plenty of trails for both cycling and hiking. The house was built in 1975 and the original style has been preserved. There is no luxury here, but plenty of peace and quiet and the opportunity for presence. Within driving distance of the house are both Blokhus and Løkken, which offer plenty of culture and dining options. Dogs are welcome, but only on the floor 😀

Cozy beachfront cottage

Cozy cottage located right in the middle of the dune landscape in the scenic Kettrup Bjerge only 200 meters from the beach. The house is of an older date and was renovated inside in 2020 and contains a new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave, dining room, living room with wood stove, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large terrace raised above the terrain, as well as a covered terrace. The property has its own dune where there is a "hidden" bench from which you can enjoy sea views/sunset.

On the large natural grounds with spruce trees and apple orchards, there are fantastic views over fields, streams and forests - here you can relax and completely unwind. Here you can recharge in the quiet surroundings - and the cottage offers all the basic necessities; The cottage consists of a room and a bathroom. In the large room, there is a nice bed (140 cm/three-quarter), kitchen facilities with, among other things, a dishwasher, sofa (sofa bed), dining area and entrance. The small functional bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.

"Rødhytte", about 14 sqm, with beds for four guests, is located on a lovely large and lush plot with access to grassland, sun loungers, trampolines, swings, hammock, volleyball court and soccer field. Shared dining/kitchen area and shower and toilet as well as ping pong table in the main building just behind "Rødhytte". Grønhøj Strand is only 2 km from the cottage. There are many lovely hiking and biking trails in the area. Fårup Sommerland is only 9 km from "Rødhytte". There is internet on the property as well as in the main building.
