Wenford Cottage (annex) PL30 3PN

The main cottage is set in 2 acres of garden and woodland, The annex offers comfortable accommodation, opening onto a courtyard area for BBQ's. A comfy double bed, with modern but VERY small shower room. There is also a separate area with leather sofa, tea/coffee making, fridge and toaster (not a full kitchen). TV, DVD and good Wi FI. Only 200 yards from start of the Camel Trail at Wenford Bridge with the Snails Pace cafe serving great food. Great for cyclists and walkers. Beaches 20 mins

The Piggery -character barn with river views

Nestled in a valley, The Piggery has been renovated into guest accommodation. There is a kitchen, comfy double bed, bathroom with shower and a cosy wood burning stove. The river, with salmon and trout, is a haven for wildlife. Our home is a former water mill and smallholding of 5 acres and we keep Meg the dog, Tony the Shetland pony and a rooster with his chickens. The area is a listed site of natural beauty and a site of scientific interest. The views from the barn are wonderful.

Cosy modern barn annex close to the moor & coast.

Completely self contained recently converted annex attached to owners barn, with private garden and driveway. Set in a rural location on our smallholding just a mile outside St Teath, with excellent access to the North Cornwall Coast and Bodmin Moor. This is a very convenient location for visiting many of Cornwall's attractions as Polzeath, Rock, Port Isaac, Tintagel, Boscastle St Breward and Blisland are all within a 20 minute drive. Lots of information on things to do and see.
