New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Welcome to our holiday home in idyllic surroundings in Høvåg. Only 20 min. drive from Dyreparken/Kristiansand. Cabin with annex is secluded at the end of a cul-de-sac, west facing and sunny on a plateau with great views. Private swimming area and swimming rock with good fishing opportunities only 50 meters below the cabin. Good hiking opportunities in the area. If you are visiting Sørland or Dyreparken, this is an excellent option.
