Excellent stay in this clean, very pleasant and well-decorated apartment. Ideal location in the city center for walking and free public transport on weekends. Underground parking is convenient in an area where parking is difficult. Excellent contact with Julie to facilitate our access. The 4 floors without an elevator make you exercise. We'll come back

We were hosted very well upon arrival in a very well located, very well furnished and very functional apartment. Quiet residence under the pines and close to the embankment. The description is true to reality. Corinne and Richard are excellent hosts. We recommend their rental, in which we will not hesitate to return if possible.

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Nice studio in a very good location on the 4th floor, very well maintained and with all the comforts. Very close to the city center and buses and tram. To recommend

Jacqueline is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation matches the photos, everything is well done and practical (towels, tissues, blanket). We had a great time. The only downside would be that for 10 people, 2 bathrooms (including one in the master suite) is a little tight and the fridge a little small, but when you come as a family you adapt and it works! We'll keep this address for next time. 😉 Thanks again for everything Jacqueline, it was great!!!! 🤗

Very friendly owners, They accepted our dog, we are very grateful for that. Very clean accommodation, no complaints. A small gift basket and a binder on arrival, with all the activities and restaurants listed. Accommodation located a 2-minute walk to a small supermarket and bakery and a 5-minute drive to a supermarket. The owners remain very attentive if needed. We had a lovely stay. Our stay was a real favorite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is in a great location, very comfortable and cozy. Great job on the beautiful decor! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. We'll be happy to go back, that's for sure.

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. The terrace with the jacuzzi in the middle of a wooded area was perfect for our family weekend, the small children were able to enjoy the large terrace and the wooded area. I would highly recommend this quiet and relaxing place, the hosts were responsive. Thanks to them, a very well-equipped house to host and feel good. Even the board games were thought of!! Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety
