Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

Riverside Cottage was perfect for a restful week away before my operation. The scenery was stunning and the location so peaceful. The dogs were happy as they could could come and go as they pleased as the garden was so secure. Everything you need for a break away was supplied and the host was a message away if you had any queries. The hottub was an added bonus and was made the most of throughout the week!! A most enjoyable break, we will definitely be back

Really enjoyed our stay here! Lovely cabin and had everything we needed for our stay, hot tub and chiminea are nice touches to have. Mickleton is walkable and we really enjoyed the recommendations in the guide left for us - specifically the Kings Arms and Sarah’s Deli. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Would visit again - thank you!

the only improvement i would recommend is to have a air conditioning unit. the temperature didn't go below 25oc in the lodge.

We had a wonderful stay at Waddle On Inn overlooking the lake. The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is fabulous and perfect for exploring the Cotswolds or having a relaxing break. Five star. Thank you so much xx

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities provided made the stay feel just like home. Our host was fantastic—very responsive, kind, and helpful with local recommendations. We had a lovely stay at the Cotswolds retreat! All the rooms were spacious and the view onto the lake was lovely and peaceful. We struggled to change the heating in our rooms which meant without the fans provided we would have been too warm but that's probably our own fault and not the property itself. The only issue was the light from the bathroom in the main room was shining through in the early hours of the morning due to there being no blinds in the bathroom.

Lizzy was a welcoming host, we felt right at home. Everything we needed was right there. The countryside was amazing, especially if you enjoy birdwatching. We spent time relaxing in the wonderful hot tub. What more could you want for a weekend break.

This was genuinely one of our favourite Airbnb stays. Sim and Sarah were such thoughtful hosts – we felt really well looked after from the moment we arrived. They’d left out some beautiful fresh flowers from their garden, a batch of delicious homemade shortbread, and plenty of breakfast bits for the next morning, which meant we could just settle in and relax straight away. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and clearly put together with care. It made for a really lovely and restful experience. We’d absolutely love to stay again next time we’re in the area – thank you, Sim and Sarah!

Beautiful little three level cottage home right in the heart of Bourton on the Water. Full amenities, comfortable beds, Smart TV , dishwasher etc. Low ceilings on the ground floor as expected in a 17th century cottage so not an issue. Highly recommend Captains Cabin for any exploration of the Cotswolds

The cottage is very comfortable with all the amenities that we needed for our stay. Lovely enclosed garden for our Retriever & lots of walks around the area. We were only on a stopover visit but we would like to stay longer in the future. Mike & Sue are excellent hosts

Faultless stay. Beautiful setting in the heart of the Cotswolds. Within 20 minutes of all the typical tourist attractions. The grounds themselves are beautifully done with great dedicated areas for dogs to roam in an enclosed field as well as smaller gardens attached to each cottage for them. The Padel courts were brilliant quality and the tennis courts were great also. Friendly staff on site and we hope to come back with a bigger group of friends in the future!

I wish I could give this place more stars! Our party of 3 ladies didn’t want to leave. It’s such a charming cottage in a fantastic location. Thoughtfully designed and furnished. It was the perfect place to unwind, rest, and explore the enchanting Cotswolds. Located right in the heart of Chipping Campden. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Pro tip: make it your home base for exploring the Cotswolds.

A perfect spot for us all to stay for 3 days due to a family wedding. Less than a 5 minute walk into the centre of Blockley and the property was perfectly suited to our needs. Was very clean and tidy, and Pat was an extremely helpful and friendly host. Thank you.

The perfect escape! Farahnaz and Paul are really helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The Summerhouse is so secluded and cosy. it really is a proper escape from the "Busy Life" Shakurs on the corner is a great place to eat if you get the chance. We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

Karen is a super friendly and responsive host, we felt very much welcomed and that our comfort and enjoyment of our stay was her priority. The cottage is stunning set in extensive grounds with its own private garden. We had everything we needed for an amazing, relaxing weekend with walks on our doorstep and the Ridgeway close by. One of the best places we have every stayed in, we hope to come back soon!

We recently stayed here for my father-in-laws 60th birthday celebrations and had a lovely time. So much to do around the park and a lovely local area with lots of nice pubs to eat at. We ate at the old George inn one night and the food was lovely. We also had lunch at Balihoo during our stay and the food was so nice! The lodge was clean and spacious and felt like a home from home. Neil was very helpful and Jan was always responsive to my messages. My niece left her iPad at the lodge and Jan was very quick to let us know! Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful—both the house and the surroundings! To stay in such a remarkable, comfortable, clean and beautiful, old place right in the heart of the cotswolds—it was truly lovely. So peaceful and quiet! Rachel was a kind and helpful host right next door. Make sure you pay good attention to her directions to get there—it was a little tricky. Also, the ceilings in the bathroom, living room and dining room really are only about 6 feet, with doorways and other things even shorter. We’re tall and we still loved it but it’s definitely something to keep in mind. The kitchen and bedrooms were all much taller. We’d love to return one day and stay again!!! Thanks you!

Rosalind was a very friendly and communicative host. She offered a range of breakfasts and recommended some lovely local walks. The property was in a fab location with lots of nice walks/pubs nearby.
