The apartment was spotless. The location was perfect for my needs as I was visiting family in the local area. It was within walking distance to the Prom and town centre and if walking isn't an option there are great public transport options nearby. Phil was very responsive and proactive with any queries I had and I definitely would try to book this apartment again when I am next over.

Great accommodation, surprisingly spacious flat, clean simple decor. Nice neighbourhood, and a pleasant walk into Poulton which has a good choice of restaurants. We drove to Blackpool and parked in the Foxhall Village car park for a convenient walk into the town centre. The flat has plenty of kitchen utensils, towels etc. The Sky TV package is very good. The only other comments I would make is that some of the bedding is past it's best (bunk beds), the front door cylinder is a bit temperamental - a cheap simple repair. Also the hall door is stiff to open and another 5 minute repair. We would book again without hesitation, and may look at some of John's other properties.

Excellent, I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip. The house was lovely, spotlessly clean and exactly as described. I appreciated the attention to detail and would happily stay here again. Overall, I would rate this five stars , it was just that good 😊

Nice clean place to stay near centre of town. Easy check-in.
