Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

My fiancé and I needed temporary accommodations during our move to Delaware - we are so lucky to have stayed here! As soon as we walked in, it felt like an oasis. Immaculately clean and free of clutter. The house is situated in a peaceful location and feels very private. Cameron is responsive, friendly, and understanding. We truly appreciated his hospitality.

The stay was for an intern with our company. Terri was very accommodating and all went well during the two and a half month stay. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect for our stop through on the way down south. Woke up and had the chance to enjoy the horses before heading out. It was a good stay.
