Courtney's location was perfect, only a few blocks from my son's home. It was quiet, clean, well-stocked with supplies, pet friendly, fenced yard....dog especially liked the heated floor. Plenty of space to park with bright motion detection lights in parking area and at back door for late night arrival. Courtney was always accessible by phone to answer any questions. I will definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay! It was cozy. The fireplace was cozy and the couch was comfortable. The beds were great and we all slept very well. I want to go back to sit on the back porch and enjoy a spring or summer visit in Missoula! Matt was wonderful. He was responsive and so welcoming. We will be back!

This is a comfortable place to land in a great location close to the Wilma and downtown Missoula. It is a duplex, so you might hear the neighbors and you will definitely hear some minor street traffic and the train occasionally. We got in after quiet hours (9pm-9am) from a concert downtown, and even though we tried to be considerate it felt like our voices echoed loudly in the space. I hope our neighbors weren’t disrupted. 😫 All in all, the space worked well for me (mom) and three teens. Some furnishings could use an upgrade, but being able to walk to Bernice’s Bakery, Caras, and downtown made those little things easy to overlook.

Absolutely loved our stay! Everything was well stocked to include a bunch of maps and recommendations for local hikes! The only thing I found noteworthy was that the showerhead was a bit short. I'm 5'1" and I had to bend to fully immerse my head - first time I've had to experience that! Otherwise, it was peaceful and relaxing which was exactly what the doctor ordered!

We did a long-stay here for a travel nursing contract in Missoula. We could not have picked a more peaceful, friendly area to be! The apartment was cozy, and gives a perfect Montana feel. The host was responsive and friendly. We can’t wait to make this our stay every time we come back to the area!

Chris and Courtney’s communication, responsiveness and accessibility was stellar! The house was really clean, and the kitchen and bathrooms really well equipped. We really enjoyed the backyard and the entertainment there (basketball, the “throwing net,” jacuzzi and barbecue). It was a great place to stay. We felt very welcome and cared for. Thank you! Highly recommend!!

I was looking for a place to propose while in Missoula, and when I came across Newtons listing, I knew it was perfect. Not only was the scenery beautiful, but Newton was a phenomenal host. He was very accommodating and willing to work with us on every front to make the proposal go smoothly. He left us champagne on the house, made sure everything was in running order before we arrived, allowed us to cancel last minute if needed due to weather, and even allowed us to extend our checkout till late in the after noon. Overall you couldn’t ask for a better host or location. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and anyone else out there looking for a cozy, luxurious place to stay!

This beautiful home was a very pleasant stay. Excellent host and very accommodating, responsive, and respectful of your space. The house was spotless and we felt right at home. The home is gorgeous inside and out including the beautiful views of mountain ridges all throughout the house. The backyard is magical and a peaceful place to enjoy in the sunshine or rain. I’ll definitely be back to Missoula and booking an Airbnb at this location again to enjoy the home, food, and more adventures. Thanks to the incredible host and experience!

This was the perfect place to stay for a bigger group. The beds were comfy, check in was super easy and the hosts really made it feel like home. We were in town visiting friends and family, the amenities were great. The only downside was that the parking can get tricky. Everything was first come first serve. And the neighbors are a little nosey, everytime we would leave the house we would be watched so just be aware of that. The location is quiet and not on a busy road which was appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying in the house.

We had a little trouble with access on night we arrived but discovered that two emails had been sent, one for each unit and we mistakenly pulled up the wrong one for our access. She straightened it out immediately and we got settled quickly. The unit was close to our family's residence and that was important to us. Quiet and restful for when we needed to recover from our busy day.

Had a great stay! House was cozy and clean with nice linens. 1 bathroom was a little tight for our family of four, but we knew that was going to be the case at booking. We didn’t use the kitchen much since we were mostly sleeping there and hanging out at my brother’s house nearby, but it was huge and well equipped! Neighborhood is quiet and walkable with sidewalks and little traffic. Thanks for the stay!

Amazing home! 4 bedrooms with queen beds, huge sectional and TV in the basement, and massive fenced in yard with twinkle lights. Great location and worked perfectly for our family vacation with young kids. Edwin was very communicative/accessible. He left a binder with WiFi password, instructions of appliances and bear proof garbage can, plus local recommendations. Thank you so much!
