The place is as advertised. While it could be cleaner, it's not too bad. The furniture is in good condition, which adds to the comfort. The smart TVs are a nice addition, but unfortunately, none of the apps (DSTV, Netflix, Showmax) were working. Access and entry procedures are simple and straightforward. The host’s communication was excellent—responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Checkout can be a bit challenging for a family with kids, but it's understandable. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely go back.

Megan was a gracious and responsive host. The accomadation is in a great location, within walking distance from the beach. The room amenities exceeded expectations created by the pictures. It was neat, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including an amazing view.

What an amazing long weekend getaway! Natalie was so so helpful with everything we needed. The unit is beautiful and cosy with a magnificent view! Natalie went out of her way to make sure we have everything we needed- she's such a sweet and kind host. The doggo's are so well behaved and the friendliest you'll ever meet- definitely one of the many highlights of this unit! I will definitely book again x

Needed a place to stay for 2 nights for my husband and Susan was very quick to respond and friendly. He had a lovely stay.

The place is great, had amazing views of the ocean from the pool and is in a peaceful environment. There’s also a hiking trail which you can use to get to the beach. I loved the room as it had all that you would need. The host was very friendly and proactive as I could easily extend my stay.

The place was immaculate with an amazing view of the ocean. There were 4k smart TV's in both bedrooms and the lounge along with free wifi. alot of the appliances seemed brand new with zero scuff marks or anything on them, including the aircons, all was brand new it seemed. Everything was clean and well kept, the bathroom, kitchen, kitchen utensils etc. Deb and Alan were amazing and easy to communicate with. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Paul and Lee were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with, also gave great recommendations to nearby restaurants. The house is so cozy and outdoors beautiful and peaceful, just what we were looking for. Would highly recommend and amazing value for money. Will be back.

It was my first time using Airbnb, the house was well-equipped, especially for self-catering. It was clean upon arrival, and all rooms, the bathroom, and the kitchen remained impeccably clean throughout our stay. The hot water supply was excellent, and the security was reassuring. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was peaceful and uncrowded, approximately a seven-minute drive to the nearest mall, and a thirty-minute drive to South Beach. It's also a safe and suitable location for families with children. Clinton, the host, was exceptionally helpful and readily available whenever we needed assistance. He was particularly kind when my car experienced problems during our stay. Overall, our vacation was superb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to widen the gate, as its current size may present difficulties for some drivers entering the premises.

Our family only stayed for a weekend, but we felt so rested it was like a holiday. Jan was so helpful and friendly, providing many personal touches and spoils. We enjoyed nature and the outside spaces. Loved the open plan and openness with rhe stacker doors. We will definitely return.

The Host Ziaad at Princes Grant were incredibly, friendly, helpful, attentive. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The estate had amazing facilities, restaurant, activities and impeccable views. Thanks you for the hospitality and incredible experience.

Hello everyone 🤗 I spent 6 months in this apartment. I'm so happy that I met Nelisiwe and Sbu! I'm grateful for every day with them. Highly recommended! 1. The apartment is bigger than you can see at photos. 2. Everything is absolutely amazing: kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, lounge. 3. You have your own balcony, can drink coffee, observe the river and the ocean. 4. Every time if you will need anything, you will get it immediately. The hosts are very kind people, and always here for you, always ready to help and support. 5. Apartment is fully equipped, you will get everything and even more. Its cozy and very light. Nelisiwe, Sbu, still can't believe that I was so lucky to meet you! I wish you and your family all the best, as you totally deserve it. If there, in this world, be more people like you, the world will be such an amazing place! I'm grateful, appreciate, have amazing memories and was absolutely-absolutely-absolutely happy with you! We had such a warm welcome by the host. Alida is such a beautiful soul. The place we stayed exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, peaceful, and private. We had so much fun. Definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Had a blast at Michelle’s place! The location is perfect! Right where you want to be! So many beaches to choose from right in front of you're doorstep. The unit had everything we needed! Parking got a bit tricky in peak time, but thats understandable. Highly recommend!!

The perfect little beach house. Fantastic views and the perfect host. My little girl loved her little bedroom, so cute and perfect.

We had a lovely holiday and will be back! The location was perfect for everyone being right on the beach with restaurants and pubs in walking distance and shops close by. We LOVED the balcony and the amazing views.
