Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Blackburn

The place was great, even better than the pictures. All the amenities listed were available and so much more. It’s a dream for young kids, because of the large pool and yard space to run around. The communication was great, all our questions were answered very quickly. The place was spotless and remained so for our entire stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Definitely recommend 10/10

Ramona's place was beautiful. It was everything we had hoped for and Ramona was responsive to any issues. Junior on site was incredibly helpful and we couldn't have asked for more during our stay. Great for sharing with friends or family and good outside space to enjoy the weather, with a nice pool.

Leigh’s home is wonderful, spacious and beautifully decorated. The view from the deck into the the forest was so serene and peaceful. Leigh was a perfect host. She responded promptly thought our booking. Location of the property was perfect, close to shops and lots to do in the area for families. Thuli, the housekeeper was such a help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Leigh’s and would definitely book again.

Our family vacation at this accommodation was nothing short of exceptional. The house, located in a secure estate with beautiful wildlife, provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Shops and beaches were within a convenient 10-kilometer radius. The host's generosity in allowing our kids to play with the toys was a heartwarming touch. While the security rules can be strict, the host's provided code helped to mitigate potential inconveniences. We experienced some minor issues with network coverage (this is somehow mitigated by wifi access and is not in the control of the host). The helper (cleaning lady) was amazing and we appreciated having someone to ask questions regarding the house. Overall, our stay was highly enjoyable and we would recommend this accommodation to families seeking a comfortable and convenient getaway.

The place is very nice and peaceful. Had a great time with them. Host were responsive and proactive. Really appreciated the fact that they gave us a late checkout without even asking. The only thing I would recommend is to keep their garden as neat as possible.

Thank you Hilda for making it possible for a large family like mine to share an exceptional Easter weekend. The large entertainment areas were ideal for spending quality time together, yet enough private space. The view is breathtaking and we felt right at home. You are an exceptional host, ensuring we had all information, kitchen appliances and even cleaning products. We will definitely return to make more memorable moments.

Kimber and Byron were fantastic hosts, great on communication without any delay. The house was as described, the outside area was great for the kids to play. The pool safely secured with a net so kids played outside without a worry. Pool itself was nice and refreshing. We felt safe within Simbithi while still feeling we had our own private place amongst nature.

Great property one of the best in Durban a must visit any day.

This is an excellent house in an excellent location of the northern KZN coast. Beach is a small stroll away and the house is designed in a very functional way, with a big common area but very private bedrooms. One of my best finds on AirBnB.

Really enjoyed the use of this Airbnb for our new year Durban vacation for the whole family. It’s close to a number of access points to the nearby beach, near a fully-stocked fuel station and 5min from all the Umshlanga facilities and shopping destinations. The house was clean and we appreciated the pool and braai area.

We had never stayed in an Airbnb property before and so had no idea what to expect. However, The Lilypad surpassed anything we could have imagined. The house itself was beautiful and much bigger than it seemed in the photos and Derrick and Margi are the perfect hosts. The house is spacious and very well equipped. Even the monkeys turned up to watch us eating lunch in the garden one day. It was like a wildlife documentary in reverse! We could not believe their generosity in taking our children to the airport at 5.30am after we left! If all Airbnb properties and hosts are all like this then we are hooked. Beautiful place, neatly cleaned, and Close to everything you need in the premises. Definitely much better than the pictures Roxanne was the best agent, always available to assist. She literally was a telephone away. And sent us information on the availability of activities for the kids. Thank you for this wonderful experience and we will definitely come back again. Cant wait for our next holiday.

It was a great stay, perfect for nature lover. I wish the weather was a little more on our side but hopefully it will be better next time.
