Cabin vacation rentals in Blachly

This place is a bit out of town but worth it if you want to enjoy privacy and the surrounding nature experience. We enjoyed the views, the silence and the tiny home. The bed was extremely comfortable. The home was very clean. The kitchen has decent supplies for cooking for 2 people max. The fire stove is very small so if you bring firewood make sure the cuts are on the smaller size. The shower has a roof leak at the vent area, we informed the host so that they wouldn't get anymore water damage after we left. It didn't mess up our stay at all. We would love to come back and enjoy the area again. The hosts were great with response time and information.

We have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this is definitely in our top few. All the amenities are as described and the place was super clean. It’s very evident that the host poured their passion and resources in so many thoughtful details. We had a couple of sunny days on the lake but the last day the weather turned and got quite wet. Spending a rainy day indoors with a late breakfast while watching the lake and reading a book might have been my favorite.

Beautiful place to stay and was private. Loved the access to the lake and only 15ish minutes or less to restaurants, grocery stores, great beaches. Even though it was only high 60s-70s and windy, the lake water was warm which was very nice. Loved the personal dock access.

Great place on a beautiful lake! We loved our stay here. I would be aware that the water tastes like dirt so you might want to bring your own or bring drink mixes. Also it says there’s great service but there’s ok service for some providers and virtually none for others. Other than those two things, no complaints!

Papa Bears was a last minute decision to celebrate a birthday with my girlfriend's. I thought it might be a bit crowded and stuffy based on the pictures but the pics really don't do the place justice. The place was just lovely!! Quaint, clean, cozy and not stuffy at all. I'm not sure we could have found a better place! Beds were amazingly comfortable with copious amounts of blankets and pillows. There was a plethora of towels, washcloths and toilet paper. First aid kit, fan and even a cocktail drink shaker and wine aerator. All the essentials. Fridge had La Croix stocked. Great location by beach access and resturant within walking distance. John was an ultra responsive host and best of all, John left a very thoughtful gift basket filled with yummies, a bottle of wine and a birthday card as I told him we were celebrating a birthday. Top notch rental with a real thoughtful host. Thanks a bunch for being the hostess with the mostest!

If you have the ability to enjoy a boat-in only Airbnb, this was a great spot! Close to Lakeside Marina, a boathouse in which to park your craft, several dock spots to enjoy fishing on the property, ample bedrooms and fresh water. I sketched my wife out picking this place but she loved it! Very secluded and a cool feeling having no roads nearby! Our kids fished all weekend, we had an awesome rental boat and ended our spring break with a 9/10 getaway! Also, the house was clean and very well supplied.

Cute little tiny home. Great outdoor amenities! Very comfortable. Private location for being in town. Would definitely return!

This house is my new happy place. Seriously; the tranquility it provides, the beautiful surroundings, so so near a creek, the song of birds... It really is amazing. The kitchen is really fully equipped. I appreciated that they have storage bags and foil paper. It even has blender! (I never use them but it's important to me to have one handy in case I need it😂). All the appliances are in really good condition. The beds are comfortable, too. They have cool family board games, there's a nice TV, and the living room is super cozy. There's cute outside furniture which we used every morning to have breakfast together. The main bedroom has really beautiful views. We actually loved it so much that we made a new reservation for the summer even before we left!

Greeted by a swift flowing stream & "little" waterfalls along the cabin, w/squirrels & birds outside, fresh air, wooded forest, tons of ferns -- SO MUCH NATURE! And, only minutes to town! Inside we were welcomed with every comfort of home PLUS so many extras -- THANKS! Especially CLEAN with natural smells & textures throughout -- not even a twig or bug in the outside hot tub! Everything needed for cooking/baking, with ceramic dishes, fun/fancy glassware, premium soaps/coffee/linens... Private, even with nearby neighbors -- no road noise or loud pets. We definitely fell in love with this cabin, its location, decor & all the amenities. PERFECT retreat for our daughter & her husband to join us, even with open loft bedroom up & curtained-off bedroom down -- ideal w/ 1/2 bathroom up & full down, too... Can't wait to return :)

Lovely stay at the observatory! It was gorgeous weather, we enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop hot tub both nights. Took advantage of the pool table and watched movies after dark. Drove up into Independence for the farmers market and over to the Ankeny wildlife preserve for walks. The birds are great and so peaceful to just sit and listen to. Would come again!

We absolutely loved this place from the creek to the spa it was exactly what we needed for our first leg of waterfall chasing in Oregon. Spence was very responsive and helpful with local sites to see. I have now traveled enough to say this is my favorite Air BNB spot I have ever stayed in. The different places to relax in the beautiful wooded lot from deck to deck. Just lovely. God willing, we will return to relax and explore more of Cottage Grove.

My family of 3 had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Bob Creek Cabin. The home is beautiful and thoughtfully set up. My 9 year old son declared shuffleboard "better than video games" and we all enjoyed the hot tub, easy access to Bob Creek Beach across Hwy 101 and the fantastic sound of Bob Creek rushing by the house. It's more like a river! There's an endless number of beautiful spots to explore nearby and some great places to eat just a few miles north in Yachats. Nikki was very responsive when there was an issue and even sent a handyman on Sunday evening to solve the problem. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was a great place to stay for my family and me. Everything was very organized and clean, decor great taste as well! We loved that the place catered to us bringing our small dog, not many places are so accommodating in that department. The kids loved the loft upstairs, which basically served as their game room during our down time. And I must say, this is the first Airbnb I’ve stayed at that had a really comfortable bed as well as nice comfy bedding! Beautiful scenery everywhere you look ❤️

The cottage was cozy and inviting and felt spacious for our family of four (including two grade school aged boys) and two dogs. The location is great - you can walk to town or to the river and a small portion of beach (possibly more beach if caught at low tide). Everything was easy to follow and worked great and we had no need to communicate with the host. The guide book was full of info and I am certain she would have been very helpful had we reached out. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is cozy and private and surrounded by lovely trees and ferns. The hot tub is lovely. Everything was peaceful and private during my stay. I appreciated how clean the cabin was and enjoyed that the hot tub didn’t seem like it had too much chlorine in it, it was so soothing to be in the water looking out at all the trees and the view of more trees across the valley! It was so quiet we could hear the river at times. A very nice getaway to unplug.

Alpine Cabin was really perfect for our trip with my son’s dog. The cabin was distinctly quirky & cozy. A great respite after a hike. I would definitely visit again!

We had a great stay here, the cabin had that homestead feel we were looking for and the location was great. It was very peaceful and was surrounded by forest and adjacent to the lake. It was nice having town and the coast a short drive away as well.

We loved staying in this unique and cozy cabin setting. The surroundings are beautiful and the space is very charming. The temperature was comfortable considering the cold weather. The host was responsive with any issues. Highly recommended!

Great clean place to stay!

We really enjoyed our brief stay at The Carriage House. The location was peaceful and beautiful tucked up against a forested hill. The unit itself was completely charming. We found the king bed to be rather comfortable and could have imagined ourselves staying longer. It was overall a very easy and pleasant experience.

We loved our relaxing weekend at the Bellpine cabin and can’t wait to go back. We appreciated the special touches, the amazing property, and hospitality with banana bread on arrival. We enjoyed morning and evening walks to the top of the orchard for the great views and walks on the forest trails with our dog. It was very peaceful and relaxing to spend time on the private deck and lawn and it was nice and cozy on a chilly night with the woodstove. We walked to a nearby winery and it was so pleasant. Thank you to April and Alan for being so helpful, welcoming and responsive.

Absolutely coming back! It was relaxing and cute. Rustic in just the right ways for my girlfriend and I to get away for two nights with our dog. Our only regret was not knowing that there was sheep and a campers sink area near the farm house.

My family and I are so grateful to have found this little oasis. The location is so beautiful. I would wake up and do my morning stretches on the dock right on the water. It was so peaceful with so much beautiful wildlife to watch and listen to. The river is also perfect for a morning swim! The cabin was cozy and so homey. Rod and his family went to great lengths to make the cabin feel like home. It’s sometimes hard for me to sleep in new places but here I slept very soundly, I felt so safe and comfortable. The kitchen had lots of extra gadgets that made cooking delicious meals easy. The location made walking the doggies a breeze as well. Before arriving I had a lot of questions and Rod answered them all very quickly and with great care and detail. These are very special people and a very special place. We are hopeful we can come back and make more memories at their beautiful nature oasis.
