Smaller farmhouse 45 sqm 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and combined kitchen/living room with TV on small horse farm with all amenities. Sheets and towels and some coffee are included. 1.5 km from E 12 in the village with Sweden the second longest bear calle. Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are on the farm but the farmhouse is hypoallergenic, no animals stay there. Internet via wifi for video calls available.

Farmhouse of 30 square meters right by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. The guest has the whole house at their disposal. The house houses integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 WC. Wifi is available. On the farm there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice guard for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Near this house you will find, among other things, Bjurholms Golfklubb which is one of Sweden's most beautiful and unique course, Agnäsbacken offers nice downhill skiing and cross-country skiing tracks. Close to Öreälven offers nice hiking opportunities and canoeing as well as nice fishing spots. Also snowmobile trails are nearby with nice barbecue cottages and vistas to discover.

We were happy with the accommodation during our beaver hunting stay. The cottage is nicely located on the beautiful Vindelälven beach.

Excellent place! Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, cozy sauna. A nice hostess, communicates quickly and is interested in making guests feel good. Wonderful experience in this house and in the north of Sweden in total.

We booked this house very late into the day and Marina accepted it immediately. The place is very spacious and it has everything you would need, even women’s hygiene products. The surrounding area is very peaceful and we heard no cars or disrupting noises during our stay even with windows open. We’ll definetly come back if we get the chance☺️

The Great Northern | High Coast cabin by the sea

Everything about our stay was superb. Julius was so communicative and available even though it was Christmas and New year and sometimes I asked questions out of normal hours. The house feels like a home, toasty warm, comfy and with a lovely vibe. The views from the house, the veranda and the sauna are sublime. I’m almost reluctant to recommend this little piece of magic, for fear it will always be booked! I can’t say enough good things about our whole experience. Everything from the surroundings, the vibe, the interior, the host, the area, was outstanding, and quintessentially Sweden, we feel super lucky to have seen in 2025 there. With the northern lights as our backdrop!

Our stay in Ladan exceeded our expectations, not only because everything you could need was there (from a waffle iron to a hammock). Many of the pictures give you something to dream about, but once you have experienced the lake, the sauna and the lovely atmosphere in and around Ladan, you notice that someone has thought about what contributed to satisfaction and relaxation. Malin and David have put a lot of thought into it and that makes it even more valuable. On top of that, the two of them have a feeling for how you travel on holiday, what or which tips you might need and they will take every idea with them or even develop it further! We will be drawing on the mixture of peace, adventure and interpersonal relationships for a long time to come and wish everyone a holiday like this! Thank you very much for this opportunity! It was a great pleasure and a real honour to eat moose with you! Simma lugnt 😊 Anne and Tobin
