The house is furnished with 3 rooms sleeping for 7 people. 1 bathroom with changing space and underfloor heating. A large family room with kitchen, dining area, and living room in one. The house is heated with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. In the house there is access to a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, small storage room with chairs, high chair, drying rack and changing pad. There is a TV with satellite and internet. Trampoline and swing stand in the garden 300 meters from the house you will find a child-friendly beach, very suitable for surfers.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in your own apartment in the old cowshed with beautiful views of the landscape and fields. Private exit from the kitchen to the terrace, where you can sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the tranquility to the sound of birdsong. Stay in a scenic location by Sunds Sø with direct access to the lake and a private beach – close to Herning's many activities. Sommerhuset is an obvious choice when you need to visit trade fairs, concerts, sporting events, or other events at MCH Messecenter Herning, Jyske Bank Boxen, and the area around Herning. After an eventful day, you can relax in the wilderness pool, enjoy the sunset from the outdoor living room, or gather around the campfire by the lake. Nearby, you'll find the restaurant Søgaarden, mini golf, and great walks along the lake.

Fantastic quality house, 140 meters to Ringkøbing Fjord, lots of nature, hiking and cycling routes, surfing, paddle boarding etc. possible right outside the door. Lots of outdoor nooks so you can always find shelter. There is 1 bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, in addition to a loft where at least 2 people can easily sleep. Pets are not allowed. There are 2 subboards and an inflatable canoe for free use. There is a gas grill and the one who empties the bottle refills it :-).

In the scenic Grærup beach is our well-maintained 95 m2 cottage. There are new, lovely south and west-facing terraces with various garden furniture. The beach is only 500 m away.
