Spacious, clean without any neighborhood disturbance next to the center of kram. Super quiet place. It is certain that if I come back to Tunis I would call on Mr. Moujehed. If you want to rent from him, go there without so much as a second thought. It's perfect.

The stay went very well, Mrs. Alga is very responsive regarding communication, she is very helpful and accommodating. we were able to arrive early and check out later as well. we had a small hot water issue solved 30min later. Honestly, no complaints. We were given welcome cupcakes with particularly appreciable attention. i really want to thank our host for everything. The place is just sublime and functional, it really feels like home. i really recommend this place. Thank you again. 😊😊

This is our third time staying in Seifeddine's home and we will continue to book this apartment whenever we are in Tunis. The hosts are responsive, kind and helpful, the location is close to the airport, yet in a quiet neighborhood, the house is impeccably clean, and the price is excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

Madame Sihem's apartment is clean and very functional. The bedding is comfortable. The view over to the pool is stunning. The residence is quiet, family-friendly, well secured and very clean. Pool is very well maintained. We were greeted by Nael, Mrs. Sihem's son, who was very accommodating and available throughout the stay. Apartment as described to be recommended without hesitation. We'll get back to that.

Magdi was a perfect host and very understanding and helpful. He was the best host since I been renting in tunisia for the last 3 years.

Great, convenient apartment with a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, in close walkable area. Comfortable apartment with great heating and features! The host was always very responsive when we had any questions.
