Kitchen and living room in one room. Equipped with air conditioning and radiator heating, TV in one bedroom and living room, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, cutlery, plates, soaps and shampoos. It is located 200 meters from the train station, in the surrounding area there are numerous public parking lots.

In the evening, you can enjoy the cuisine in the various restaurants that distinguish our region. I also perform Reiki treatments and meditation not on-site.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

The Eyebrow Red Suite

Warm and cozy suite, with wooden ceilings, colorful walls and rooms with large windows, sleeps up to 5 people. A large balcony surrounds the entire perimeter of the suite and allows you to enjoy a panoramic view of the city, to admire the Abbey of Montecassino and the Rocca Janula that watch over the city. The building in which the suite is located is in the city center and can be reached from the train station with a short 10-minute walk.

The little house in the mountains

Cottage located in a small town of about 100 inhabitants. Family-friendly, especially with kids. In the house, there is a bedroom (double bed + single bed) with a bathroom inside, on the upper floor. On the lower floor, in addition to the equipped kitchen with fireplace, there is a living room with a double sofa bed. Outside there is a space equipped with a table and barbecue.
