Vacation rentals with a patio in Bitterroot River

The townhouse was very clean and worked well for the time I was there. It was only 10 minutes from my activities and very easy to get to restaurants.

The layout and furnishings were very nice, and the location is great. it's a really nice space!

Literally a home away from home! Better than what I had expected for the most part, and it was SO cozy and comfortable! The plans I made for my stay didn't work out great, but having this lovely place to sulk in made it a lot easier 😂

We had a little trouble with access on night we arrived but discovered that two emails had been sent, one for each unit and we mistakenly pulled up the wrong one for our access. She straightened it out immediately and we got settled quickly. The unit was close to our family's residence and that was important to us. Quiet and restful for when we needed to recover from our busy day.

Very cute, convenient, and quiet apartment. Was perfect for what we needed. Had all amenities we could want-was nicely stocked with items. Bonus-our son loved the color changing lights in the headboard. 😉

We loved our stay! The house was tastefully decorated, so cute with a Montana vibe. There was a lot of natural light and the beds were comfy. I would definitely recommend for a couple or family of 4.

Lexi’s place was excellent - very comfortable, clean and quiet. I would absolutely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our spring break getaway! We all loved the ping pong table, hot tub, comfy beds, and cozy couch to watch a movie. The backyard was peaceful and beautiful and Sheri was communicative and attentive. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Hamilton. The house was just what we were wanting, clean, centrally located, and had a peaceful enclosed back yard to spend the afternoons. Hopefully, on my next trip to Hamilton, Fenn's house will be available.

Had a great stay! House was cozy and clean with nice linens. 1 bathroom was a little tight for our family of four, but we knew that was going to be the case at booking. We didn’t use the kitchen much since we were mostly sleeping there and hanging out at my brother’s house nearby, but it was huge and well equipped! Neighborhood is quiet and walkable with sidewalks and little traffic. Thanks for the stay!

We stayed here for a lacrosse game. Location was great, east to find and check in was easy. We had our dog on this trip and the gated back yard and doggie door were perfect! Thanks for sharing your place.

We loved the dog friendly atmosphere of the place and the fenced yard. The home is super comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. I especially loved all the extra blankets to cozy up with on the couch. One of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed at. Julianna provided icing on the cake with her supportive, friendly, and professional manner.

I highly recommend this place! We stayed at James’ place for one week. 2 adults, an infant and a toddler. It was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was very spacious. I really enjoyed cooking in it. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor patio was a highlight. My favorite thing about this place was how well decorated and clean it was. We felt right at home. When we come back to missoula, we will definitely stay again!
