Sun Rider walk out daylight basement.

A beautiful, secluded, spacious home, tucked away in its own little valley with amazing sunsets, fabulous views and starlit skies. Total privacy, down home feeling, great well water. Wildlife passing through. Lee Metcalf National Wildlife Refuge and river access for fishing or floating the river are less than 5 miles away. Hiking, bike paths, historical sites, golfing, nice restaurants and fine dining are all within 10 minutes. 40 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Missoula or Hamilton.

There are 2 mini-split AC/heating units, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge w/ ice maker, a microwave, & a full stove range and a 56" tv. There is a deck w/ two recliner chairs. The bedroom includes a queen bed, a large closet & another 56" TV. There’s a 3/4 bathroom w/ tiled shower. The living room has a couch that pulls out to a king size memory foam mattress. The unit is about 2mi from campus and 1mi from downtown.
