Condo vacation rentals in Bitburg-Prüm

We were in Cologne for FIBO 2025 and chose this place to stay. Admittedly, at about 40-50 minutes, this is relatively far from the fair. The nice thing: The bus comes almost right outside the door (3-minute walk). Lidl, 2 bakeries and a pharmacy are right around the corner. Very large and spacious apartment, with plenty of space (there were three of us). In addition, a large kitchen with all the utensils you need (incl. Dishwasher). Martina (hostess) was very friendly and helpful and also answered questions directly. Thus: Had a very good time, great place and happy to come back!!

The apartment was clean. The calm of the place was particularly noticeable, conducive to relaxation. The decor was neat and tasteful, creating a warm atmosphere. We had a great time at this comfortable and well-equipped place. Everything was perfect for a successful stay.

We felt very comfortable. Particularly beautiful were two sunsets from the balcony. The high-quality coffee machine brewed a great coffee. The apartment is very clean, modern and bright. We will be happy to come back.

It is beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, good kitchen, and spacious and comfortable sitting area. The apartment is only a short walk from the centre of Maastricht with its restaurants and cafes, and an even shorter walk to the grocery stores. We had a great stay. Thanks!

The apartment is fantastically beautiful, spacious and sparkling clean. The balcony is a highlight, the view, especially in the evening, a dream! The shower with its many setting options is awesome, we have never had so much space in a bathroom and the extra toilet (additional) is comfort plus. Great living room with a comfortable, huge couch and a TV that leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires - the retro fridge is to fall in love with. Tina & Tom are so friendly and helpful, just great. Thank you for the great weekend, we enjoyed every moment. 🥰

We had a truly wonderful stay at Marc’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. The apartment was spotless, beautifully organized, and very comfortable – it had everything we needed and more. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the stunning views surrounding the property. Whether it was enjoying a quiet morning coffee or relaxing in the evening, the scenery added so much to the experience. We are especially grateful to Marc for opening up his private home to us. It’s not something we take for granted, and we really appreciated the care and effort that clearly went into making guests feel at home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and communication was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you again, Marc, for your hospitality and for creating such a peaceful and welcoming space. We were in Cologne as a family (3 children) for 3 nights. The apartment was perfect for us, (very!) quiet, spacious, easily accessible by tram. The guest attendant Hasan was very accommodating and straightforward. We'll be back!

Very lovely apartment. Perfect for a short trip to Maastricht. It is a bit outside the city centre but in walking distance. The apartment was clean and the bed super comfortable! I enjoyed my stay there and can totally recommend it!

Ute is a friendly host who took good care of us. She even offered to take us to the nearest train station when we were going to a meeting in Cologne. We travelled between the city center and the apartment with Uber – it worked well, despite the apartment being a bit away from the city center.

A spacious and tastefully arranged apartment, made to feel like home in a peaceful and natural setting. We came with our 10-month-old son and even the hospitality for him was considered beyond our suggestions. With family or friends, I would 100% recommend it!

The "old garage" had a very wonderful charm and was almost nicer than seen on the website. The communication with Lukas, the environment, the well-equipped apartment and the wonderful surroundings made us feel completely comfortable and we would like to come back again. Highly recommended!

Ayleen's apartment is perfect for a little vacation in the countryside. The rooms are lovingly decorated and everywhere you discover small details that you can look forward to. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need and we didn't miss anything. 😌 There are seemingly countless possibilities for excursions in the nearby area - you can be inspired by brochures in the apartment or the guest book. But ☺️ since we were only passing through, we drove to Hürtgenwald for a day trip, which is about 20 minutes away - also highly recommended to get to know this historic area. Ayleen seems open and friendly and I am sure that she will be helpful in case of problems or difficulties - but we had none By the ☺️ way: another highlight was the cute emergency shelf in the hallway of the house. Here you can buy bars, blister plasters and a few drinks on a trust basis 🫶🏼 everything great! Thank you

Much larger than I was expecting for the price, wish I had more time and could have stayed properly.

Margit is very helpful and we had no problems in the apartment. It's almost a shame that we were there in December, the large balcony must be great in warmer weather.

Stefi and her husband are warm and thoughtful hosts. We felt very comfortable there. The studio apartment was spacious and cozy for two of us, the kitchen well equipped and the view from the balcony is fantastic. We were able to use the pool in the house and by arrangement also the sauna. We had a great, quiet and relaxing weekend.

My fiancee and i stayed with Maud over New Years Eve. From the start she was very responsive and helpful. The place is amazing with fantastic views of of the country and great amenities. The hot tub and spa are a really nice touch and Maud is very helpful and instructive with how to make things work. On New Years Eve there was even a private firework display in the garden which was wonderful. Can't recommend the place or the host high enough. Thank you.

This place deserves the sixth star! Claudine was welcoming from the first moment. She was there for any questions and was instrumental in making our vacation perfect. The house has everything you need, it is comfortable and quiet, like this peaceful corner of Belgium. He also suggested the walking route to visit Limburg, giving us a beautiful sunset walk. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing place for a group of 6 people

We felt wonderfully comfortable from the first to the last second. The apartment met 100% of our expectations. You feel in every detail that not only another apartment was placed on AirBnb. The apartment is a first-class place to stay for a wonderful time with a lot of love and professionally appealing. Marco was a very good host with great tips and always extremely helpful. We like dogs very much - so Armani was a real enrichment for us - a super sweet cuddly contemporary. Very, highly recommended! We will definitely return!

This apartment ,very clear and spacious , 30 minutes from Koblenz (according to work in progress and therefore traffic conditions!!) proved to be a haven of peace in nature. Nice terrace, with aromatic plants conducive to rest, and on the same level access to the private pool. A luxury when you come home after the very varied visits around ( Eltz- Belstein-Coblence-Bad Ems- Limburg-Eltville and Eberbach monastery). Everything is quality . Erika is a discreet and attentive host. We recommend it!

Eric and Nicole are a very sweet host and hostess. The communication was very fast and pleasant and we were able to contact them for any questions. We were warmly welcomed, given tips for activities and for our girls there was even as a surprise a sandpit in which they could look for gems. The house is great. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with views over the valley and a beautiful garden. The house is incredibly spacious and has all the comforts. We were there at the end of October and the underfloor heating made it very cozy. Really a lovely house, very complete bathroom and kitchen, everything was sparkling clean and there were even all kinds of extras such as tea towels, soap and dishwasher tablets. We highly recommend Eric and Nicole and their beautiful home!
