It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

We loved our stay! The property at the end of Lake Bohinj is lovely, with a beautiful creek flowing behind it and is close to the lake and many hiking trails. The property is big and very well kept. My family had fun playing games on the large grassy area with a volleyball net. The cabin is new, clean and cozy with nice bedding and well stocked kitchen and linens. We made 3 dinners and found everything we needed for food prep. If you're going to cook, you may want to pick up groceries before arriving in the area as the local markets have somewhat limited options. Amenities in the cabin were perfect! We watched movies, took saunas and lit fires in the fireplace - wood and kindling provided in cabin. Washer/dryer worked great and it was nice to do some laundry before moving on to our next destination. Jaka is very responsive. He communicates well and proactively using the AirBnB app.

Wish I could give this property more than five stars! Having stayed in over 30 countries, I can confidently say this is one of the best experiences I've ever had. The property offers every amenity you could possibly need- everything was spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and fully equipped. The garden is beautifully kept, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. It truly felt like a home away from home, but better. I can't recommend this place enough!

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Thank you , Elvis , for the treats and being a wonderful host A+

We loved our three night stay in Lan's characterful and fantastically located apartment. My son slept on the sofa bed and me in the bedroom and there was plenty of room. Lan is an exceptional host: providing a mass of helpful guidance and suggestions to make the most of this wonderful city. One of its greatest strengths is being at the heart of a fascinating, artistic and creative local community. We even enjoyed a local concert directly outside one evening. Strongly recommended. What an amazing and historic place! It was a great mix of authentic history with all of the newest, modern amenities. We couldnt have been happier.

Matjaz welcomed us warmly and instructed us in everything essential. The house was in top condition and the children were immediately enthusiastic. The outdoor area is very large and offers many opportunities to relax. The area is extremely quiet, which also contributes to relaxation. We also found the view very beautiful because you had a beautiful view of the adjacent forest from the small hill on which the house stands. The accommodation is also perfect as a starting point for any activities. When we plan our vacation in the area again, Matjaz's accommodation is at the top of our list.

A bright workspace is presented with a modern desk and ergonomic chair. A minimalist shelving unit and filing cabinet complement the layout. Natural light filters through a window, and a small potted plant adds a touch of greenery to the room.
