Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

It is the ideal base to discover the historical,architectural and gastronomic riches of Burgundy. The house is located about 30 minutes east of Chablis and 15 minutes from Les Riceys and about 1 hour from Auxerre, Dijon and Troyes. We are between Cremant and Champagne. Itis also a little more than 4 hours by car from Calais and 5 hours from Provence,ideal for a stopover. You can enjoy a few steps from Lake Marcenay,the conservatory of birds and hikes.

Old farm, heated pool, tennis, Côte-d'Or

Located in the Châtillonnais, in the north of the Côte d'Or, this typical Burgundian hamlet surrounded by fields will seduce you with its calm. 3 hours from Paris by car and only 1 hour by TGV, between Montbard (TGV station 15 min) and Châtillon-sur-Seine, this old farm with an on-site caretaker is equipped with a heated pool, tennis, billiards and a bowling alley, and welcomes you for the month, the week or a long weekend.

This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

Take a break... Nestled in a green setting, this comfortable cottage in the heart of Morvan will seduce you with the quality of its environment. Bousson-le-Bas is an ideal hamlet for nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts; you can hike on the many nearby paths and GR, cycle on the small roads or mountain bike trails, fish on Lake Crescent or elsewhere, swim, canoe or raft, watch the stars… or even do nothing…

The Perched House

A small, warm wooden architect's house for two people with its private garden. It is located in an orchard in the middle of fruit trees in peace and quiet. Located on a hill, it is a balcony on the Burgundy countryside, in the Tonnerrois near Chablis and at the gates of Champagne. I live next door, I am very available for advice, suggestions. An often fabulous sky for astronomy lovers.
