The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. The 120m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our house from the 19th century and was renovated and refurbished not so long ago. It can be booked for up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms (2 of them with sink in the room), 2 bathrooms (once bathroom/toilet, once shower/toilet with washing machine), a spacious large kitchen (living/dining room with cable TV) and an additional living room with cable TV. The balcony at the bedroom of the main apartment is small but nice!

It is on the ground floor, has about 80 sqm and has a small terrace with a lounge. 1 living room with flat-screen TV, with dining area, 2 bedrooms each with flat-screen TV with double beds. The house is in the center of Großgmain opposite the spa park. Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. It is about 15 km to the city center of Salzburg, 8 km to Salzburg Airport, 18 km to Berchtesgaden, 3 km to Bad Reichenhall.

Cozy bright apartment in the middle of the village

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

The new wooden block building, built in traditional architecture and insulated with sheep wool, is located in the idyllic lakes and Salzkammergut area near the Salzburgring. The bus stop towards Salzburg or Bad Ischl is only a 7-minute walk away. From here you can reach all sights or excursion destinations in about half an hour.
