Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. You can't get closer to the Moselle! Renovated apartment in the heart of the Middle Moselle. On the large terrace, the Moselle is within arm's reach and thus almost unique. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and more. Private high-speed internet, a television with streaming services, are available. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The fully equipped accommodation has a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen with terrace, a bedroom with a spacious double bed and a small room with a single bed.
