Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

Nach einem aktivem Tag bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder auf der großen Couch neben dem Kamin zu relaxen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with a beautiful garden and rent out our adjoining apartment with a view of the countryside.
