Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. My family and I had a great time! It was close to the things we did, big enough for our group, enjoyed making s'mores around the fire pit, and the grandkids enjoyed the swing-slide set.

This property was amazing. We wanted to check out the new Bavarian Blast and were a bit underwhelmed at the hotel options. Ryan’s house is spotless, spacious and decorated so nicely. Perfect for a group of 6-8. The price was very reasonable and Ryan was so communicative from the minute we booked. He didn’t blink an eye when we had to add one more guest or when we asked for restaurant recommendations. If this house is free, jump on it. You won’t be disappointed.

Thanks to Nate and Austin for taking on stewardship of this place and letting us all experience it and being excellent hosts. Bigger and more extravagant houses can't match how a thoughtfully designed simple space can make you feel. There's a lot of information about the history of the house to peruse and the artwork from the original owners is a great connection to the past. It was a great stay at an important place in Wright's career.

We stayed at Brian's house in Flushing while we visited family in Flint Township. This was a great location. We didn't have nearly enough time to explore the cute downtown area of Flushing which was walkable to the house, but we did make a stop at the Cops and Robbers Ice Cream shop. The house was clean and had lots of space. We enjoyed sitting in the sun room area in the mornings and evenings. And the beautiful picture frame TV in the living room was great for movies. The bedrooms were a great size and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the extras...shampoo and body wash in the showers for those of us who forgot that, and laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, etc. We will definitely book Brian's house again when we come to visit our family.
