Don't hesitate to rent this place. We had planned to stay there for 2 days, we ended up staying the whole week. You feel safe and clean with the exterior out of sight, washing machine, equipped kitchen... Spacious designer accommodation. Beautiful entrance hall. Nice owner available and attentive. The place is very well located close to everything. Thank you for hosting us. I would not hesitate to rent it again.

Very nice place. Well furnished and perfectly equipped. I stayed with my team for about a week during a trade show in Oran. This place was ideal for us. The neighborhood is nice and safe. Highly recommended

We had a great stay with family, the house was better than its description, spacious, clean, very convenient, very comfortable and well suited for a group of friends or a large family, nicely decorated, equipped with essentials, located in a quiet area and close to a beautiful beach 🏖️ The pluses of Casa Maria are its beautiful well-maintained vegetation and its pool that made the joy of young and old. A big thank you to Ismail for her welcome and to Noureddine for the good communication and kindness, very concerned for the well-being of her tenants. We'll be happy to go back!!

Accommodation true to the photos, clean, in a good location and close to all shops: pharmacies, grocery stores… 25 minutes from Oran. Beautiful sea view and incredible heated pool.

This listing is a real gem, we would have liked to have stayed longer. It was very clean and the bedding very comfortable. It smelled very good on arrival and Faiza is an extremely nice and helpful lady, we recommend ++++. Both adults and children felt at home. Thanks to our hosts we will come back if God wills it with great pleasure

I have been using Airbnb for 7 years now and I am a host myself, but I have to say that the quality of Samir's service, communication and apartment were exceptional. I recommend her apartment 1000%. An amazing stay for my family and I in the heart of the new dance venue in Marrakech. And at the same time in absolute calm with exceptional view because the apartment is on the 12th floor. You will see in my comments that I am not always complimentary but when it is perfect it must be said as well. Well done and a big thank you also to his cleaning lady who delivered the apartment to us in an impeccable state, we almost tried a couscous on the floor. No seriously thank you Samir for the welcome and all the small services and helpful advice we will be back for sure. We found our base in Oran. Take care!

Very interesting location in front of the Spanish embassy where it is safe and parking is available. Everything is accessible just by walking. Apparently clean and well maintained as the photos hot water available kitchen utensils available and clean Karim is a gracious and attentive host We can't wait to come back next time.

Beautiful apartment, good location, with shops, restaurants… I didn't miss anything in this accommodation, it's super clean and well arranged. Kader is accommodating and very nice, he responds quickly to questions. It is a private home with caretakers and a double elevator. Always had room to park at the bottom of the building. I really enjoyed my stay in Oran.

Really a very nice stay in this apartment which is just amazing the location, the cleanliness, the decor, the facilities, beautiful view of the sea, the little touches that do the most ( coffee, drinks, snacks, shower gel, clean towel etc.) everything is together. I recommend it 1000%. Nabil is very responsive and really friendly thank you very much I will be back. Clean accommodation located a stone's throw from Boulevard des Lions. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Host Karim is kind and available, excellent communication.

Nice appartement, located well, not very far away from El Akid restaurants, pictures are accurate, with security cameras and guard.
